There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

always I use tesco own, but something like splenda should be free

B: FF Greek yoghurt, honey (1 syn). 1 toast (1/2 Hex B), Nuttella (4 syns) sliced banana
L: Ham & tomato sandwich - 6 syns bread, 1/2 syn mayo
Sn: Alpen light (1/2 hex b) Mullerlight.
D: Pasta with crab, fennel, lemon, chilli and parsley. Olive Oil (6 syns) sprinkle of parmesan (1/2 hex A). Mullerlight.

Milk in tea for 1/2 hex A.

Just a crazy day here, not knowing what the heck was happening, and it all went a little off piste.

Syns: around 17 by my guestimate. But might have a glass of wine later.....

Think I did better yesterday-
B weetabix and skimmed milk plus yucky sweetener hex a and b.
L homemade veg soup. Banana.
S sea bass and mixed veg.
Snacked on cold roast chicken skin removed.
Think about 6 syns with cooking fats??
It's only been 3 days and I really miss chocolate and wine!! But that got me into this state in the first place...
Going away next week- how many syns can I club together before I self sabotage? I'm not drinking at all this week as I know I will want to next week.

Snack: Strawberries, grapes, 2x ryvita original (3s) with quark and smoked salmon.

Beans, bolognaise, potato, veg, toast, shit ton of fruit - all free

Until raging pmt hit this evening and needed salt so bad

5 bags of french fries (4 syns each)
3 large glasses of wine (18 syns)

Got 24 syns left for next 3 days - totally doable unless I wake up with major salt craving

Still happy Smile

Falling back in, had a busy/ stressy week and not been on sw planet. Going in hols in 4 weeks so maybe get some lbs off,,am thinking 6.

B- beans 30g toasted wm & scrambled egg.
L- ?? Pasta & tomato?
D- sw steak pie 5syns veg & sw style chips.

Ate all day (pmt)

2 bananas, 2 satsumas, 2 yoghurts, 4 slices beef, 3 babybel lights (HexA), 2 nimble (HexB), marmite, potato, swede, salmon, packet of prawns fry lighted in garlic and soy sauce.

Syns - 4.5 diet rich tea, 4 french fries crisps (8.5)

God I was hungry for protein Blush

Yesterday
6.30am: Scrambled eggs and beans
8.30am: Overnight oats with fruit
Lunch: Chickpea, mushroom and pepper soup
Dinner: King prawn, cannellini beans, aubergine, mushroom and tomato stew
Snacks: Fruit salad, half an avocado, tea

Today
B: Two boiled eggs, overnight oats and fruit
L: King prawn, cannellini beans, aubergine, mushroom and tomato stew
D: Chicken soup
Snacks: Fruit salad, Velvet Crunch

Velvet Crunch are on 2 for £2 at Tesco - don't know what they're like, bought them on the basis of someone of this thread!

Beans,bacon & ½ hexb toast.
Chicken & salad. Greek style strawberry yogurts.
Dinner is pork steak BBQ sauce veg & skinny fries.

1lb on in two weeks - acceptable considering wine intake.

Amazing week that shows the awesomeness of the SW food plan.
My toddler dd fell ill last Tuesday night and I had thankfully already got food in for a 100% week (never managed more than a day 100% at a time before)
7 days later I have only "exercised" 3 times, walking at toddler speed for 10 mins, and the rest if the time ive been under a toddler in bed or on sofa (though bf her often)
Tonight's weigh in? 2.5lbs off!!! Literally no exercise!

So this week I'm going for another full 100% week, plus my usual 25 x 15 min exercise sessions.

Already excited about next weeks results. Then I'm away on holiday next Thursday ( still haven't booked, which means I'm still in position to book half board instead of all inclusive...)

Brilliant Slimmerforsummer Smile

I never exercise really, part of the reason I want to lose weight is so I can (hips are so fucked) - so I probably garden about 6 hours a week, rest of the time I'm sat on my ass.

I've got my fingers crossed for my weigh in today but have pmt and norks like giant water melons meaning I'm not likely to lose (grump) because of all the water Hmm

However ive managed to stay within Syns for the week (95), even though 40 was Saturday night because of pmt salt cravings Grin - so I'm happy with what I've done even if there's no loss.

Next week will obviously be a huge loss if none today ...,
