There are lots of SW posts which I love reading but was finding it difficult to remember where to post my weigh in and menus for the day.

Hope no one minds me doing this......Smile

I am Calzone and I am 5ft 6'. I joined SW last week and weighed in at 14st 3lbs.
I am doing Dry January and think I have been pretty good this week with my food choices.....

Food today
B......fruit/tea with sk milk
L...2 bread, beans, 2 eggs
D....DH is doing Lebanese and promises it is SW friendly.Smile

So, if you want to do the same.....post and share, otherwise this will be my SW experience.SmileSmile

L: superfood salad at Pizza Express which had avocados and dressing, plus some of DD's chocolate brownie so syns galore!!
D: Salmon with potatoes and tomatoes
Snacks: Apple

Did 20 mins workout and 60 squats.

Sn: Alpen light (1/2 hex B)
L: Leftover enchiladas (cheese 1/2 hex A), salad
D: Steak, new potatoes, sugar snap peas, broccoli, 1tbs lighter than light mayo. (1 syn). Sugarfree Jelly with raspberries (1/2 syn) and mullerlight.

Milk in tea for other 1/2 hexA.

L - Cheesy Beans on brown toast with tomatoes( 1/2 Hex A and all Hex B)
D - Courgetti and tomato and veg sauce with parmesan (1/2 HexA)

Skimmed Mocha - 6 syns

Hi all still trying to get my head around it but I think today may be a good day

B - bannana and strawberry muller light and a coffee with 70ml milk from allowance

Lunch- omellet with a little ham in with broccoli carrots and cauliflower and a satsuma used 60ml milk in omellet from allowance

Snack-made a bowl of 1 peach 1 bannana and a satsuma

Dinner- slimmingworld chips with egg and beans

Not sure to have a muller light for afters or thinking it may be to much for today
Does anyone think this sounds ok for today

Hi, Can I join you guys please.
Day 1 back on plan after a year of yoyoing and ending up weighing more then ever!
So starting weight - 13st 7.5lbs. First goal will be 12st 4lbs.

Food diary for today- Day 1!
B - raspberries, apple and activa 0% yog
L - Baked potato, heinz mixed veg chilli beans (2 syns) and a boiled egg with 1 tbs salad cream (2 syns)
Snack - sweet and sour mugshot
D - boiled rice, mixed veg (mushrooms, peppers, green beans) quorn pieces, passata, herbs.

HEA - milk in coffee's

evening all,

B: Toast (1/2 hex B) with smoked fish, tomatoes, egg and spinach/rocket salad.

L: bread (1/2 hex B) with leeks, ham and 30g low low cheese melted over. (3 syns) plus jelly (1/2 syn) with raspberries and mullerlight.

D: Hunter chicken (8 syns), jacket potato, peas, mullerlight.

Hex A in milk in tea.

Snacks: Banana. Strawberries.

lost 3lb at yesterdays weigh in. Got my 1/2 stone award and bagged slimmer of the week. suspect that has more to do with my antibiotics making me unwell than any effort on my part though Blush

todays diary
breakfast: overnight oats (hex b)
snack: 2 babybel (hex a), a yakult (1.5 syns) and a coffee
lunch: ham, cherry tomatoes, leftover chicken and a mug shot
snack: 2 satsumas and a mug shot with a crusha milkshake (2 syns and hex a)
dinner: nacho style feast (hex a)
snack: chocolate fudge brownie hot chocolate (2.5)

8.5 syns to go!

L: Noodles, stirfry veg, teriyaki salmon
D: Remainder of salmon, new potatoes, mixed veg, 1 TBS lighter than light mayo (1/2 syn)

Hex A: Milk in tea; Hex B: 1/2 alpen light bar. remaining half still to have

Sn: Treat sized cadbury's buttons, 4 syns. A very mean and meagre portion for the syn value.

Lost 2lbs this week and got my half stone award plus slimmer of the month Grin

Been AWOL for nearly a week. Oops!

My gain last week was a temp one and I lost 4.5 this week. ( gained 1.5 the week before)
Also home scales this am showed 12st 6, which was my pre pregnancy weight. Yay!

I'm trying to be 100% for 7 days straight. I'm not even usually managing 1 day, but figure if I can cheat and lose 2-3lb a week anyway, what happens if I'm completely on plan?! Would be lovely to have a wee boost before my birthday in 4 weeks. Have to keep telling myself "strict just for this week" ( know it should be all the time, but I'm being realistic!)
Exercise out the window today as the toddler was feverish last night and any chance I got today I just napped along with her. But aiming for 20 mins walk every morning and evening, plus maybe try out something new on youtube or fitness channel.
But right now, she's finally dozing off so I'm away to sleep too.

You lovelies are doing really well, there's pounds moving left right & centre. Good effort.

Well & truly fallen off the wagon. Have done no good since last week. Far too much wine and I mean bucket loads....
I even just got in from mcds.
Draw the line & start again.

Hi girls,

Fell of the thread for a while but not off the diet. Down to 12st 4lb now. Thats from 14stone on March 24th. I'm feeling good and though my clothes aren't falling off me they are definitely looking a lot better on me.

I am going away on July 18th for a week with my family. Thats 7 weeks away so I am aiming to get another 12 lbs off before them to get me down to 11st6lb or so. I am now below the weight I was when I had got pregnant with my DD2 2.5 years ago. Ultimately I am aiming for around the 10 stone mark.

So today:

B - 3 eggs scrammbelled and an orange

L- Mixed leaves, prawn, feta, beetroot, onion, balsamic

D - Sausage Pasta (my mothers cooking). I'm syn free so far today so will eat very little sausage and stick to the pasta and sauce.

attempting to make the bbq pulled pork tonight its i. the slow cooker now, need to fill my cupboards with spices and whatnot they should give you a prontable shopping list sort of like a starter kit too slimming when you join ! Grin
