I also had sugar cravings and had to sit in front of a large box of chocolates all day without eating any. At a family lunch.

And then I came home and had to make cheese sauce for the family - obviously I can't eat that.

calzone · 03/05/2015 19:41

B....35g crispy mini weetabix with ff yoghurt, pineapple

Id also like a good cheese sauce recipe. Ive tried one with quark (yuk) and now I tend to use low-low cheese spread, melted.

calzone · 03/05/2015 21:51

There's a cheese sauce someone posted on another thread. It's a head of cauliflower cooked in a little veg stock with a tub of extra light Philadelphia and some
Mustard powder added and then blended. I used it for cauliflower cheese topped with a HEa of mature cheddar per person and it was very nice, the rest of the family liked it.

StuffedCrustPizza · 04/05/2015 10:39

Went over on syns yesterday but only had 25 syns so not the end of the world.
Snacked on grapes all morning as I've been at work and am about to cook a bacon and cheese omelette (no speed food!)
Any tips for speed for with a fry up? I don't like tomatoes or mushrooms Confused

annielostit · 04/05/2015 15:56

LaurieFairyCake · 04/05/2015 16:09

I have just eaten Scan Bran

WTF!!!! Is this evil food of Satans arsehole

No wonder there were 3 recipes on the table last week made of this thing Hmm

It's like All Bran, squished down with any remnants of flavour taken out of it.

hstar1995 · 04/05/2015 17:01

Lost 1 pound Saturday. Had a bowl of strawberries, a banana, some milk for breakfast. Passata, pasta and cheese for lunch, and some puffs (3 syns). Am being good tonight - uni friends are ordering takeaway, I'm going over and eating with them but taking my own food - sw chips, chicken wrap (HEB) and lettuce.Grin Just shows how much I've changed - would never have dreamed of taking own food before. I can still have the fun without eating the crap!

LaurieFairyCake · 04/05/2015 17:50

B - 2 nimble and marmite, banana, tomatoes, muller lite

L - scan bran arseholes, quark, tomatoes, banana, muller lite

D - SW spaghetti Bolognaise, spaghetti, green beans

Syns - 2 (Scanbran)

StuffedCrustPizza · 04/05/2015 17:52

Does anybody know the difference in syns with gelato/ice cream (or is it exactly the same thing Blush )
Went to the local coffee shop where they make the most beautiful gelato fresh in house (!) hard to say no to, so I had a scoop of each - but I'd probably count it as 3 regular (60g) ice cream scoops.
Other than that, I've been very good today. I just feel SO much more in control!

StuffedCrustPizza · 04/05/2015 17:56

Keep forgetting to add food diary Blush sorry!

B: Half a bunch of grapes, omelette with bacon and 40g lighter cheese
L: Banana, grape + apple fruit salad, 2 large scoops of gelato (I'm estimating this at 19.5 syns)
D: SW chicken curry, had pasatta, onion and peppers in but would't say 1/3 sp

Will probably have a snack of carrot stick this evening as have some left from a few days ago that need finishing off and I always get peckish later.

fannyfanakapan · 04/05/2015 19:03

B: Overnight oats (cherry and berry)
L: Leftover salmon, leftover noodles, stirfry veg (2syns for oil)
D: Morrocan beef tagine (2 syns apricots) with couscous (1 syn) Mullerlight.

Now Im stuffed!

pheebs007 · 04/05/2015 19:44

Hello I'd love to join you all if you don't mind. I started SW last Monday and have been lurking here for a week. Lost 2.5lbs this week which I'm pleased about and also strangely disappointed as I was hoping for a bit more but anyway it's a good start. I'm going to post my food diary here daily. I'd just like to say that even just reading your posts you've helped me enormously getting to grips with it all. So thanksGrin and I'll catch up tomorrow.

calzone · 04/05/2015 19:55

Seeing as I'm going on how my clothes feel rather than weight, is it naïve to hope that I'll see a difference a month in?

Caldonegal · 05/05/2015 13:16
