B: 3 WW sausages, 2 eggs, 2 tomatoes. Melon and orange.

L: chicken and coleslaw sandwich with veg sticks.

Dinner: 4 SW sausages (hadn't intended to eat so many sausages!) with steamed carrots, kale, broccoli and sugar snap peas. Syn free onion gravy.

I might have some fruit later.

Ledkr · 12/04/2015 21:45

Ok so I'm on board now. Menus planned lunch made for tomorrow (fuckkng hell, the food prep!)
So tmw its fruit n yogurt and 2 bits of diet bread and a boiled egg (breakfast and mid morning snack)
Then baked potato and salad for lunch and leftover chicken fajita wrap for dinner.
I'm on a drinking water quest too as I really don't drink enough (plenty of tea coffee and wine)
Just had a peice of cake as the last supper Grin

Ledkr · 12/04/2015 21:46

What are SW sausages?

cakeface16 · 12/04/2015 21:47

today was a bad day but I'm adding this anyway for clarity.

B- fruit salad with rasberrys, pineapple, blackcurrants and orange

L- salad with croutons and feta

D- roast pork and chicken with peas and carrots amd strawberry muller light

The real problem is this: I attended a childs bday party and fell of the wagon in the afternoon.

Syns- 2 slices of medium pizza, 4 cocktail sausages, 3 chocolate covered marshmallows, 5 plain marshmallows. I'm not even going to bother counting the syns.

I went for a long walk/ jog this evening and am going to do a Davina dvd now. Really pissed off with myselfSad

Ledkr, they're slimming world sausages. If you haven't heard of them already, they're available at Iceland and are syn free. Not as nice as proper (fatty!) sausages, but not bad and I quite like them.

Cakeface, I know what you mean, but never be pissed off with yourself. Having one 'bad' afternoon isn't what makes us overweight, it's constantly doing it and things like it that does. As long as you get back on plan, I'm sure you'll be fine.

cakeface16 · 12/04/2015 22:31

thanks Midori. I appreciate the supportive words. Tomorrow is a new day.

Midori1999 · 12/04/2015 23:05

It is and we've all been there and will be there again, I'm sure. Good luck for the rest of the week.

Ledkr · 12/04/2015 23:26

Thanks, yum! I love sausages so free ones are a dream come true.

calzone · 13/04/2015 12:12

Does anybody know syns for this
Tesco Meat Free Vegetable Barley Risotto 400G.

Thanks

fannyfanakapan · 13/04/2015 19:10

silky, 2.5 syns per 200g, so 5 syns for the pack.

fannyfanakapan · 13/04/2015 19:17

B: Haddock, eggs, tomato
L: Baked potato, cottage cheese, salad
D: Morrocan lamb tagine with cous cous (2.5 syns) - absolutely delicious!

Take some lamb chunks, (I used leftovers from the sunday roast), fry up some onions with it, and add 100g dried apricots chopped and a heaped TBS of Ras Al Hanout spice mix. 1 carton chopped tomatoes, a stock cube and water, also add 1/2 a butternut squash diced. I had cous cous with red pepper and cucumber. Really tasty. Syns from the apricots.

Also...a bit of a disaster with the cream soda rice pudding (3oz pudding rice, 500ml diet cream soda) - made it - it tasted pretty good, very sweet, but if you were in the mood for a sweet stodgy pudding, it works - and would be nice with some sharp berries! Anyway, put mine in a bowl to cool down a bit while I quickly did the washing up. ANd my DS2 gave it to the dog! Grrr!

calzone · 13/04/2015 23:29

B.....full English (3s)

L....sushi, mango, grapes (3s)
Diet coke

D....frittata, cottage pie (syn free)
Quark with options hot choc, base was 35 g Grape Nuts (2.5s)

Snack....Skips (5s)

L: Leftover moroccan tagine (2.5 syns) and a slice of bread (3 syns). Mullerlight with banana, grapes and some leftover pomegranate.

D: CHicken breast, new potatoes, salad, fat free dressing, 1/2 TBS of light hellmans mayo (1 syn). Mullerlight.

calzone · 14/04/2015 23:05

I'm trying to be super good, as it's weigh in tomorrow night...

B: 3 egg omelette and fresh fruit salad

L: small pack of sushi, 2 chicken thighs, smoked salmon dip, smoked aubergine dip and veg sticks.

D: 2 chicken breasts with roasted celeriac, carrots, butternut squash and onions with a little bit of gravy.

Snack: apple.

That's actually loads!

calzone · 15/04/2015 18:25

Weigh in tonight....ConfusedConfused

B.....40g crunchy bran with yoghurt and blackberries and banana

L....think I forgot to have lunch!

Sn.....Apple, chopped up, Diet coke, whole melon Shock

D....after weigh in

Birdseye fish thing (7.5s) noodles, stirfry

OP posts:
fannyfanakapan · 15/04/2015 21:00

B: Toast (hexB) with cottage cheese, smoked salmon

L: Stir fry, noodles, salmon teriyake (1 syn for walnut oil)

D: Lasagne, glass of wine.

Don't know how to syn this, as the lasagne was made with low fat mince, but with a proper white sauce (butter, flour, milk) and cheese on top. But then I did not have a great deal - so going to count it at an 8 syns, plus 6 points for wine.

calzone · 15/04/2015 21:50

1.5lbs on.

Fair enough.

Have synned big time tonight but back on plan tomorrow. Smile

Hope you're not too disappointed Calzone? I'm sure it'll be off again by next week.

My weigh in was yesterday too and I had:

B: fresh fruit salad

Lunch: yellow pea and ham soup with a roll at Dobbies. The portion was so tiny I was still starving though, so I had a slice of crunchie cheesecake too. No clue how many syns.

D: (after weigh in) was jalfrezi from the Curry Heaven book with rice. The jalfrezi was really nice and surprisingly like a takeaway one. I'll definitely make it again.

I also had a hypocrisy before weigh in for stupidly leaving too long in between meals, but I thought if be ok as is had the cheesecake. So I ate 3 glucose tablets, a handful of marshmallows and a few liquorice allsorts. For medicinal purposes, you understand?!

I planned to weigh in then come back and eat my Easter egg, as it's still in the cupboard, but staying to group made me get a grip, so I didn't.

3lb off for me, which I'm chuffed with as it's not the right time of the month at all for me.

calzone · 16/04/2015 09:01

Well done Midori. SmileSmile

I knew I had gained as I was away last week just goes to show how you need to stay on plan....miss 3 weeks and potentially gain half a stone!ConfusedConfused

well done Midori, loving the medicinal liquorice allsorts...!

Calzone, don't fall into the "oh fuck it, pass me the dairy milk" trap, just because you gained...Stick to the plan, you are doing so well.
