Hi ,

Was quite excited yesterday as a loss, I think 2 lbs ish.

So made quite a dent in since jan.

Fanny got the sainsburys Moroccan burgers. They were great and with wholemeal thins, some dips and salad probably added a few more syns but relatively good for that fakeaway type meal.

As for this weekend we are away so I,lol expect the loss to be back on.

Everyone doing so well. Calzone is on a mission and it's working fab.

calzone · 21/03/2015 15:56

silky.....ha at being on a mission. Smile

PE teacher at school (male) commented on my weightloss yesterday as I was running round the field in my PE kit!!! Grin

Joining here! will try and post food diaries each day. I lost 2 stone on slimming world a few years back and been off and on it since but felt like it stopped working for me - but think that was because I lost the excitment for it to be honest so probably wasn't been strict enough. I am looking forward to getting back to it now though after a year of trying other diets without success - I am looking forward to not having to count calories or go hungry!
Anyway, stats as of this morning, 5ft 7, 13stone 5lbs (eeeek!) need to lost at least 1 stone to feel better and then will reassess how much more after that.
Feeling excited. Started today with a fat free yoghurt and a coffee for breakfast.

Right so today goes like this:

B: Eggs and Grapefruit

L: Salad with feta and croutons

D: Chicken curry in the slow cooker with rice

Syns: Never had anything last night so defo having a curly wurly tonight :-)

Can anyone give me breakfast suggestions? I don't drink milk and generally avoid cereal for that reason (its not so nice dry Wink ) At the moment I feel stuck with eggs and fruit. Not the worst combination I know. I don't have much time for cooking in the morning after getting the kids ready, so make breakfast in the work kitchen and have access to a toaster and mircowave. Thanks!

fannyfanakapan · 26/03/2015 18:13

cakeface, I had smoked salmon and superlight philadelphia cream cheese (1/2 syn) on a wholewheat roll (hexb) with cucumber this morning.

(I often have fish for breakfast, like poached haddock with an egg, or pilchards on toast. I'm not one for sweet things so early in the morning, although lots of people like overnight oats - 35g oats mixed with a mullerlight overnight, add fruit in the morning. )

My day has been very fishy....this used to mean I was premenstrual, although I thought that boat had sailed....

Breakfast as above

L: Smoked salmon pasta with corn, spring onions and lime zest and low-low cheese (hexA) melted in. Mullerlight

D: Salmon again, ....It needed eating, so kids had pork chops and I had fish fillet with new potatoes, mixed veg. 1 TBS of 70% salad cream (1 syn).

Snacks: Banana. APple, slice of ham.

Tea with sk milk (2 syns)

I also had a chocolate truffle for 3 syns.

Thats 6.5 syns today.

fannyfanakapan · 26/03/2015 18:17

by my calculations, Im on 55 syns for the week, c. 8 syns a day. I want to lose something this week as Im off on hols next week and I will be drinking and eating cake!
