Thanks in advance xxx

Well done calzone. I wouldn't have had the restraint for pizza!!! My naughty food I avoid.

fannyfanakapan · 20/03/2015 07:23

I went to pizza express the other day and had their skinny pizza - has a big whole in the middle filled with salad. 20 syns, but under 500 calories.

When I totted up the calories, I was way under on my day (Id eaten about 1200 all together) but way over on syns. So whats that all about?

Im hoping for a maintain or small loss this week - I have totted up all my syns for the week and Im still under - just. so although individual days could have been better, I do have some good days to balance out the bad. Technically, I should be on a win. Watch this space....

annielostit · 20/03/2015 09:17

I'm with you on that on fanny. I put my food in mfp and it comes out lower in calories etc and still don't lose.
I would suggest its to do with processed carbs pizza base, bread etc and how its broken down in the body also, how much of these high density foods can be consumed. 500 cals of pizza is little, the same calories in tuna is massive amounts. Who gorges on tuna?
I think that syns should be weekly and as you said good days balance out bad. Nobody eats the exact calories on one day.
So its not just me that over thinks it?

fannyfanakapan · 20/03/2015 12:44

1 lb off - that will do!

fannyfanakapan · 20/03/2015 18:21
