I’ve jumped to the new thread but wanted to respond to @Sakura03
At a week old, so still very new! I’d say feed him every time he wants it. I remember my Ds cluster feeding at one week and my sister saying there was some sort of growth spurt then. Truth is, I think the first couple of weeks is one long growth spurt and so feeding a lot and often is no surprise to hear. Get him weighed and keep an eye on his weight. If you have any concerns about feeding speak to midwife or HV.
