Wonder weeks is pretty good. You put in your babys due date (not birth date) and it calculates dates for their growth spurts, fussy times etc and tells you when to expect leaps in their development so when you can expect them to see/hear/feel different things

Jellybabie3 · 18/11/2017 18:34

Hence why i am stressing as there is a storm cloud over my LO timeline this week!

I've just ordered the book to read

Gierg · 18/11/2017 19:04

Hi dudes!

Can I join?

I have a 13 week old and would love some evening/night company when I’m feeding him...

I’m combifeeding as although he seems full from breastfeeding regularly, he doesn’t really wee enough in a day if he doesn’t get around 200mls of formula.... weirdo baby. He’s gaining weight ridiculously though so I don’t know if it’s just that my milk is super high in calories but not very watery... no clue.

He’s just fallen asleep in my arms and I’m giving him time before we all go to bed (early bedtimes are our norm now!)

Cross your fingers for a first wake up after 1am........

theotherendofthesockportal · 18/11/2017 19:29

Which version of the wonder weeks do you have? The app store has several to chose from 😬

HashtagTired · 18/11/2017 19:43

theotherendofthesockportal I’m using this one. But supplement with the book.**

@AMagdalena ds hasn’t had a poo since Monday. He’s due any day now 😬. The tension in the house is almost tangible and it’s a game of Russian roulette with me and dh as to who gets the next poo... maybe we should attach a prize to this game and make it a bit more fun!

Managed a cot transfer but he’s very wiggly so I’m afraid he’ll wake soon :(

Got hours of ocean waves playing on my Spotify to try and keep him chilled...

Oh my gosh I don’t know how folk who have a once weekly pooing baby do it... little dude has Always been a many a day baby... does the once a week thing mean you get loads at once?

theotherendofthesockportal · 18/11/2017 20:00

Thank you @HashtagTired :)

AMagdalena · 18/11/2017 20:05

@Hashtag The beast has been released! I'm sure we'll get a poopy present in the night.

The night shift has begun. DD is currently attached to my boob.
Sooo tired.

sleepycat13 · 18/11/2017 21:23

in bed trying to get ds off to sleep now. hopefully il be able to sign off soon and see you all in the morning... in reality il be happy if I make it to 1am. last night was a bad night so a bit more sleep tonight would be amazing. Blush

Jellybean2017 · 18/11/2017 21:46

Here we go again! Trying to get him to sleep. Can't wait to close my eyes!

GingerHanna · 18/11/2017 21:51

Feed #1 commenced. Having to add formula to top up as run out of expressed milk. That’s what you get for venturing out of the house and messing with the routine.

Jellybabie3 · 18/11/2017 22:15

I'm about to kick off my evening as I am now in bed and ds wants a feed. Goodluck all!! Fx he wont wake before 2am lmao

GimbleInTheWabe · 18/11/2017 23:00

Heading to sleep now after an epic hour long feed from DS who is now sleeping on his daddy in the front room. Looking forward to catching up on the fastest ever moving thread when I’m awoken which will hopefully be in a good while. Good luck tonight ladies!

Jellybabie3 · 18/11/2017 23:34

Am still here. Sigh. Looks like a quiet one. Hope your all sleeping x

theotherendofthesockportal · 19/11/2017 00:11

It was DD due date yesterday. Today she is exceptionally screamy, especially if I put her down. She wants to be with me all the time. I am so scared that this is how she is meant to be and the past 5 weeks of her being a relatively quiet baby was not the real her.

HashtagTired · 19/11/2017 00:53

Feed #1
I’m feeding sitting up whilst I still had the energy to position my pillows.
Ds has been feeding every 1.5hours over the last 24 hours.
EBLL deployed.
FX he settles well

Feed 1

Am amazed he slept so long after how restless he was when we put him in his cot! (Of course I was up at 22:30 though cos I had to wee......)

His poor wee hands are freezing tonight!

WhoAteAllthePercyPigs · 19/11/2017 01:16

Checking in for feed 1 at 1am. Had hoped we'd get to 2, meh. Eyeballs feel like they've been dupped in concrete. Welcome @gierg!

HashtagTired · 19/11/2017 01:21

He’s restless but asleep. My time run for some shut eye.
Hoping to go back to his normal timings, so that means a 3:15 ish wake up 😬
See you back here within the hour

OP posts:
GingerHanna · 19/11/2017 01:50

Feed #2 locked and loaded. Woke up an hour earlier due to his grissling. Cannot wait until he is in his own room as damn he is noisy!

GingerHanna · 19/11/2017 02:04

Only boobage taken. Top up refused/too sleepy. Place your bets now on whether we’ll even get to two hours before he decides he is hungry again.

Saying that... nowt came out when pumping so he may have actually drained the boob.

HashtagTired · 19/11/2017 02:26

Ds is restless. I’ve got restless legs and can’t sleep 🙄 typical. I really suffered Kate in pregnancy with it but hadn’t really bothered me until now.

I'm loosing it tonight. Feed #1 latch #900?? He just won't stay on. On pff on off, over and over. Fussing and rooting and bobbing his head about. I'm getting extremely frustrated. I've tried both sides. It's been going on 40 mins. I've pulled a muscle in my shoulder trying to hold him there. He's faffing around pumping his legs into my section scar, getting his hands in the way of the boob and crying, he's definitely hungry as he las fed at 1900.
