Pages taking an age to load - anyone else?

Is anyone else finding that some pages are taking an age to load? And a message keeps appearing, something like "page taking ages, do you want to wait?"

It's only happening with mumsnet, no other sites.

Awful. Same issues here, it’s almost unusable and I’ve been here 10 years.

Even that message took ages to type and post.

The site has become basically unusable for me, it just won't load. The app loads quicker, sometimes, but I don't like the app - it doesn't refresh very often.

Gave up last night. Actually every problem mentioned above is something that I have experienced.

Along with the massive glitches, and what I presume is increased DDOS activity, is an increase in non-genuine and bad-faith OPs and other posters on the site.

totally agree, the number of troll OPs is ridiculous.

And of course a lot of posters are now reluctant to report them, because of data protection concerns that still linger in parallel with the new platform having these huge technical and management issues.

This is true. I am usually a regular reporter, but I won’t do it since the recent data breach.

Still taking ages to load, and I can't navigate. I can still scroll the post but I can't go to active or watching. Just nothing happens and I have to close the page and open another. I'm really put off being here. It's just too much like hard work to do anything

It's affected me around the same time tonight and last night. Assumed it was a DDOS attack last night but weird it was at 2125 both nights.

Having the same problem here. WIndows 11 and Chrome. Tried using Edge but same problem there. The app (android) isn't working either.

Yep it’s terrible. Taking ages to load, error messages, randomly refreshing.
I also thought it was my phone but everything else is working fine

I have no problems during the day but it’s always after 9pm (tonight at started at 9.20pm) where pages take an age to load, then I get a 504 message. It’s been going on for at least a week.

I really hope you kept the receipt for the update MN as the site is almost unusable. 11 years habit broken in just a few weeks.

It’s shit. The app won’t load and the website is crap on a phone. The last update is going to kill this site off. It’s unusable.
