Format change

Hi, my format has changed where before it was an old style where I could just see the last few threads but now when I click on what I'm on, it's showing me everything.

When I came on mumsnet today, it forced me to login again and then the format has changed. How can I go back to the original? I'm on an android phone.

How do I turn off the notifications?! I never had them on before but now they're constant but when I go to the settings it says error. Make it stop!!

I have nothing in watched threads or "I'm on" - in fact nothing loads at all. It tells me I have no internet connection? So I can't even read the bloody threads I'm being notified about.

Also WTF is going on with all the zombie thread resurrections in active?

I usually use the app which is where all these problems are happening but I can’t reply on there without an error so I’ve had to come onto the web page to do it. I’m off to Reddit this is unusable.

The Reject All option is very welcome and long overdue.

Unfortunately I would like to be able to use it to Reject All the other changes.

As a PP commented, this looks like formatting from 20+ years ago. You need to hire a UI/UX specialist.

There are no quick links at the top of the page anymore. It really is very tedious. Active, I’m on, watching etc should be easy to find.

Actually they seem to show up in portrait mode on my iPad at the bottom but not in landscape. I hate portrait mode.

Just noticed that advanced search is gone. That is a major oversight, as is the fact that I can no longer see an entire thread on a single page. The new platform does not appear to have any major new features. It seems to be a visual refresh that removes useful features. What is worse, it is seriously broken, particularly PMs. It has clearly not been adequately tested prior to being rolled out. Whilst many people wouldn't like the visual change, the level of complaints would be much lower if all features were present and it wasn't riddled with bugs.

I saw somewhere today from HQ that Advanced Search wasn't any better than the New Search (words to that effect) so use the force Luke slider to change something something, sadly New Search isn't workable for me so I can't nip off and look up the post to show you. Hmmmmm.

You can actually still see the entire thread on a single page.

Click on the down arrow at the side of "Talk" at the top of any page.
Then click on "Customise" and then set your preferences.

People like you @prh47bridge are amazing posters that MN need to keep on board. Your help to so many over the years has been amazing Gin Wine

yes, but that's for all the threads all the time, not just when you want to see a single thread like this when you think it will be pulled any moment.

I can see whole thread on one page

by talk - move across to the right and the blue /green arrow. CLick on this and have changed to show all
