Chattings nice I like it. Can it possible for us to have a place to chat banalities without being shouted at by the Me Me Fucking Me brigade, where serious rules all and all frippery and nonsense must be curtailed in favour of BIG SERIOUS TALK ABOUT BIG SERIOUS ISSUES, THAT AFFECT ME.

I promise if you do, I'll stay there Thanks

Yes RomCom!!

HoneyDragon · 17/11/2015 23:31

I hate it when Justine lets me down.

I've still not forgiven her for nixing the final Mitmoo thread. That was some of my finest work.

For you RJ and lovers of Wagon Wheels everywhere...

DilysPrice · 17/11/2015 23:32

Six digits! I'm torn between being offended that MNHQ have sold out to the American crapness of Nu Cadburys and relief that someone's paying for MN and it's not me.

I like the idea of a Trivial Shit board. Can we annex all the Telly Addicts threads that do not refer to serious discussions about the subject matter of documentaries (viz "Are you watching this documentary on Channel 4 about Free Schools? Isn't it shocking?"). Bake Off, Sewing Bee, Downton and Strictly threads will fit right in. S&B can be twinned with TS.

Yee gods, it actually has Cadbury written on in tiny letters!

Brew Brew Brew

Norman campaigned for those.

Catzpyjamas · 17/11/2015 23:35

Maryz,*I want a real tree and DHs argument that there will be needles everywhere no longer holds. Last year there were more plastic needles in the vacuum cleaner than on the tree by New Year and he STILL boxed it up and put it in the loftAngry

Oops, sorry.. must remember this is not about me... Blush

HoneyDragon · 17/11/2015 23:36

It's fucking Jeffrey's fault. Now we have to be genuflect to our homebase and Cadburys overlords until Justines paid her IT bill.

No corporate advertising shit with the cuppas.

Trills · 17/11/2015 23:36

Maryz you know it is November.

I hope you are only discussing future possibilities.

If you have a tree already I will give up entirely.

HoneyDragon · 17/11/2015 23:38

God bless Norman and his brew campaign, did he ever recover from the fact they looked like teeny marijuana leaves?

Trivial shit is a stunning idea. Too many up in arms about one thing or another all over the bloody shop these days.

I would forward the suggestion of calling it 'Twaddle' if not swearing in forum area names is an actual thing. I like twaddle. Noone would ever need to put the dreaded lighthearted label on anything listed under trivial shit.

Hurrah for Honeydragon.

(Oh and they sell actual dragon butter in the shops here in Wales, guys. So thanks for whomever made me google that in the first place. It (ahem) comes in salted and unsalted.)

Hurrah for some TS or twaddle. I've just hidden yet more topics.

I'm here to agree with the bringing back of the Spira. Twirls aren't the same. I once wrote a plea to cadburys - in verse form - for them to do so. They ignored me. Bastards.

HoneyDragon · 17/11/2015 23:49

With the playmobil town behind me, damnit, I can win over Mumsnet (but not Cadburys, they're even scarier than Justine with the hump).

Has Norman actually got an MN mug? I have!

As long as it doesn't turn nasty though, poor Cuth is still recovering from being kettled at his last protest
