Chattings nice I like it. Can it possible for us to have a place to chat banalities without being shouted at by the Me Me Fucking Me brigade, where serious rules all and all frippery and nonsense must be curtailed in favour of BIG SERIOUS TALK ABOUT BIG SERIOUS ISSUES, THAT AFFECT ME.

I promise if you do, I'll stay there Thanks

If you do an advanced search on me, it should throw it up OYBBK.

OhYouBadBadKitten · 22/11/2015 18:27

Thank you!

Something's bugging me. It's utterly unimportant so I thought I'd bring it here.

As I was taking my shampoo, conditioner and shower gel into the shower just now, I remembered the old Wash & Go ads with the "Take two bottles into the shower? Not me." tag line.

So what I'm wondering is, if Wash & Go users only took one bottle in and that was for hair, what did they wash their bodies with?

Told you it was unimportant but I'm wondering.

badg3r · 03/12/2015 19:28

What bothers me is who all these poeple are who go round removing all their toiletries after every shower? I mean, the bottles would be wet so you'd need to dry them off. In which case I can kind of see the point of only wanting one. But if you leave it in the shower for next time it doesn't matter.
That and wash n go is pants.

Sparklingbrook · 03/12/2015 19:31

I agree Wash and Go is awful. if there is Conditioner in it it doesn't work.

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 03/12/2015 19:34

Never used it I don't think.

Maybe they kept their shower gel in the shower but not their hair stuff for some unknown reason. Or maybe they used soap, although that would be more of a faff than using shampoo and conditioner.

badg3r · 03/12/2015 19:42

As i recall it may as well have just been soap. Maybe it was and wash n goers just used it on their bodies too.

Everyone should use conditioner. I am always looking about thinking people would benefit from a conditioner Grin

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 03/12/2015 19:56

If we do get a MN Tardis, will you all come and rescue me from Canada on a semi-regular basis?

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 03/12/2015 20:01

DH uses all in one Head N Shoulders. Condish is included. But he is a bit girly when it comes to product. (note the singular).

Shouldn't say girly, I know, might bring out the PO crowd but I am tired and CBA to think of a witty alternative.

All-in-ones make my hair really greasy and since it is so long I don't wash it every day.

RustyBear · 03/12/2015 21:04

Talking of 2 in 1 shower products, there's one on our bathroom shelf right now '2in 1 Shower and Shampoo'. I actually have no idea how it got there, unless DS left it last time he was here, but that's not the real mystery. The real mystery is who the hell thought up 'Ginseng and Cracked Pepper' as shower gel ingredients.

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 03/12/2015 21:39

Ginseng and cracked pepper sounds like a soup they'd serve up at my work canteen.

I don't know, do men use conditioner? Should we set up a survey?

TiggyD · 03/12/2015 22:39

I used conditioner when I had long hair. Now it's short I don't feel the need.

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 04/12/2015 06:25

How many bottles did you take into the shower, Tiggy?

TiggyD · 04/12/2015 10:49

I take no bottles into the shower for they are there already. On a little wire rack/stand thing. (Assuming the maid has done his job)

I have shower gel and shampoo. That's all I need in there.

badg3r · 04/12/2015 12:56

Yes but if you had the choice of a 2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo, would you be more inclined to store it outside the shower Tiggy?

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 04/12/2015 15:51

Although if Tiggy just had 1 bottle there would be more room for it inside the shower.

TiggyD · 04/12/2015 16:54

2 in 1 shower gel and shampoo - Is that really a thing? Can you get some with added toothpaste as well? Or a truly universal cleaner that does hair, body, teeth, dashboard, and kills 99% of germs under your rim? Madness. Shock

I use separate things for each and my hair is clean and full of bounce, I have a body you could eat off, sparkly teeth, fluff free dash, and my rim is positively minty fresh and would be loved by any visiting builders.

Fiderer · 04/12/2015 17:06

Not sure I want to think of Tiggy's fresh rim or fluff free dash.

Where's the Tardis ?

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 04/12/2015 17:41

Though I agree with Tiggy. One product, one purpose.

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 04/12/2015 20:17

How about a product that cleans the shower at the same time?

I think I'd rather eat off a plate really, Tiggy.

TiggyD · 04/12/2015 21:37

But do your plates have a little hole for a dip like my belly button?

EmpressOfTheVulvaCupcakes · 04/12/2015 23:05
Confused
