The poster who had their profile changed said that a racist post was made under their username yesterday. They also said they were on their fifth username in 3 days.

So how did they access her account after the password change? Are the phishers still phishing

She also said she hadn't checked her profile before so didn't know when it happened. It could have been before she changed her password the first time.

Yes I run avast and have run CCcleaner, Disk Defrag, Avast and Malware Byte tonight I also cleared cookies and checked through Youtube tutorials and all seems fine I think you have to download to get a keylogged hopefully

I wonder if there isn't a way to make the boards 'members only' so that they can only be viewed if you're a registered member with a verified email address. I know they'd probably just make a fake account to try get access but at least once they're discovered and deleted they can no longer spy.

DP took the laptop to work with him and I have only just had a chance to use it.
Lovely HQ, I haven't been able to reset my password using my ipad, I wasn't on "the list" and don't seem to have any problems with my email.

I did send a request to de reg this account as I would be setting up another email for social media, which I will do at some point, but my bollocking ipad wouldn't let me do that either. Could you ignore that request please.

On a serious note, sending armed response units to fake calls not only scares the bejesus out of folk, it also redirects very scarce resources away from real emergencies.
