Hi all,

As you know we have launched the new mobile site, we know it's a big change and we are still very keen to get it right with your help. This is very much a version that will evolve with your help as part of the testing process.

There have been a few glitches that have/are being ironed out and the HUGE thread has nearly maxed out, so we thought it best to start a shiny new one.

We know change is tricky but, as with most things MN, we are all ears and happy to look at any feedback you have on ways we can improve the new site.

As of 15 minutes ago, it's started showing ALL messages in a thread (even though my customize settings on desktop and mobile say 25 per page - nothing else besides bookmark (changed back and forth to see if that is what caused it but it's not) has been changed) and it's not giving me any option to change it back.

Oh and bookmarks is still not working - same problems as PinkSquash.

PolterGoose I think they could easily sort that by using "SN:" instead of "Special Needs:", do you think same?

Just a point with the All On One Page button - I have my settings for 100 posts per page to help speed up loading times, so I don't want to to make a permanent switch, but every so often for particular thread I would do All On One Page to be able to search particular words on the page or when they're about to be deleted

But yes, know what you mean about wanting to load all posts only in some circumstances

Adding top/bottom of page shortcut buttons please keep the feedback coming, but you can navigate to the top of the page via the ellipses/three dots menu at the bottom right of each post

Not really, have to expect some teething troubles.

I opted not to MN whilst I was away on holiday - nice and restful.

There's obviously a reason why you can't revert to the old site, unless your devs have drunk the Koolaid and actually believe in fail forward as the only solution (to triggering epilepsy?). Making the change immediately prior to a bank holiday weekend was probably not the wisest course of action.

The speed of the mobile site was absolutely terrible, I don't think there's a response on that above?

Not specifically recruiting beta testers with accessibility needs was ludicrous. What on earth were you thinking?

It's is all rather slow and clunky now though.
