And I'd like to know why.

I am immaginging that the party whip we've been phoning, emailing and twittering has tied him up and run off with his keyboard.

Can I hang on to that fantasy, or did you ban him ?

It's not the end of the world to me that he posted my twitter account, knowing it was me and knowing it was my real name. But I will quickly drum up some minding if required to purge MN of his presence.

With not much respect, that is an utterly illogical reason to delete this thread.

He posts as an MP. We are alarmed at the behaviour of an elected politician. This is a matter of public interest.

It is simply wrong to delete it as 'attacking an individual poster'.

You know Private Eye would be interested in this. They often publish stuff first that no one else will. And when it is clear they are fine legally to do so, other places then pick it up.

Becuase on the other thread when pressured to answer he said he was posting as a private person, not an MP.

So then we won't be discussingna poster. We will be discussing an MP.

Alhough I did actually put MP in the thread title of this one.

If it gets out that joining under your own name means a politico can't be discussed by MNers on MN we'll have davidcameron and borisjohnson et al floating around by NY.

And too late, I had already started a thread. He is an elected MP. Not just a random person.

Just popping in to say that we are still very much on this but with it being a Sunday evening and right before Christmas, it is taking a little longer than normal.
