Shein refusing to refund me

Hi guys I sent 2 orders back to shein in the same returns box (so a combined return) I have been refunded for the 1 order but not the other, when the 2 orders were in the same box to be returned.

I've contacted shein and they ate basically saying that my other order has not reached their warehouse. It should have because it was in the SAME box. I really don't know what to do I've been going back and for fos days. It's not just one little thing it's £80 worth of stuff. So now I don't even have the stuff or a refund

Anyone else had a similar situation amd how did you resolve it

I will be deleting shein app off of my phone once I've sorted this

Why is it, they say you can do combined returns. Plus I had the return papers from both orders in the box aswell

Yes, I had a last minuite holiday to Turkey. Needed summer stuff. Unfortunately it was all cheap see threw tat

Well yeah. Cheap, see-through tat is what you get from Shein. And appalling customer service because they don't give a shit.

I did do all this, they are pretending the box is missing items when it was not

I mean, do you have zero light weight clothes in your wardrobe? Not a single t shirt or cotton dress or shorts or anything? Most people just wear things they already have when they go on holiday. Shein is a really cruddy company, you are not going to get a fair deal from them.

Shein do loads of nice stuff and we can't all afford to shop at Louis Vuitton 🙄

Anyway, OP - my daughter has always received refunds from Shein so I would definitely keep on them. Maybe post on their social media?

No I returned about £170 worth of the order

I've had £90 refunded.

They are saying items were missing from the return which ass up to around about £80

The OP returned £220 worth of stuff. That would get you quite a bit at asda. There's a vast gulf between Shein and Louis Vuitton!

I talk to someone who keeps telling me about these ‘amazing Temu deals’. I’ve told her it’s slave labour but she keeps buying rubbish from it.

I hope people get ripped off by these people, they deserve it for taking advantage of hugely unethical working conditions.

As we all know, it is either Shein or Louis Vuitton, no other firms exist….
