Sure we broke the law today but how serious would it be if we had been caught?

DH and I have a fairly active sex life, usually have sex around 3 times a week although lately it has been more often. When we were younger (46 and 42 now) we were more adventurous, lots of dressing up, toys and DH used to love filming me which I'm not into anymore. He's quite an exhibitionist and I suppose I am too.

Whenever we go to the cinema he loves to touch me and the last few times we've gone we've ended up masturbating each other and we've both came. I should add at this point that it's usually at least a certificate 15 film so there are no young kids around. We also tend to go to the early afternoon shows which aren't so busy do I'm not sitting next to anyone at the time.

I can't deny that I get really turned on but have worried recently about the prospect of being caught and the police being involved. We both work with vulnerable groups and have been disclosure checked for our jobs so any criminal charge of a sexual nature would be very serious. DH isn't worried but I am.

We don't openly touch one another so that it's obvious. No flashing at strangers 😀

I have just acquainted myself with the British law on this subject

Was that English Law or Scottish Law or both?

Going by the user name I suspect that OP is embarrassingly probably Scottish :( Angry

That is gross. Please stop, it truly is grim to inflict your sexual fantasies on others. Time and a place and all that.

Fluffycloudland77 · 04/11/2016 18:00

Good grief, I feel like a risk taker taking in my own snacks & drinks.

If you need dbs then if caught you'd lose your job, if you are governed by the HCPC they can strike you off for this sort of thing.

PigletJohn · 04/11/2016 18:01

Does this exhibitionism extend to publishing your stories on the internet?

angeldiver · 04/11/2016 18:02

Grim. You are old enough to know better!

electricflyzapper · 04/11/2016 18:02

Was that English Law or Scottish Law or both?

English I guess. It was the CPS website. Are there not laws that cover the whole of the UK?

Good grief, I feel like a risk taker taking in my own snacks & drinks.

And that's more likely to get some Mumsnetters frothing at the mouth than admitting to a mutual public wank Shock

Report your post and run for your life!! Grin

OK, thanks for the reality check folks. Just to clarify(not that it will make much difference I imagine) if there was anyone sitting near us or who could directly see us then I wouldn't do this and always pick the farthest away seats as possible.

Boot up the arse received loud and clear.

Just to say as well - think of the people working in the cinema. We don't want to watch you on the monitors, we don't want to have to confront you and we don't want to...uh...clean any inadvertant mess you leave behind.
Would you feel ok with someone masturbating to climax in your work space?

WankersHacksandThieves · 04/11/2016 18:08

Are there not laws that cover the whole of the UK?

The simple answer is "No" as they are separate legal systems, however you will find that some laws are the same either side of the border, so the law in Scotland may be exactly the same, but it might not.

Daily fail fodder if ever I saw it...

AnchorDownDeepBreath · 04/11/2016 18:11

There are sex cinemas for this, where everyone else is doing it too (although you have to be clear that you don't want people to join in). I suspect that would lessen the thrill.

It is pretty horrible.

MabelSideswipe · 04/11/2016 18:15

I saw a woman giving a BJ to a bloke under the table of a local pub a couple of weeks ago. Quite a nice pub too. A hour earlier there had been a small child with his parents eating dinner a couple of tables away.

Grim Grim Grim.

ArcheryAnnie · 04/11/2016 18:18

Don't make other people play a part in your sex life unless they are aware of it.

This. Aware of it and consent to it.

OP, I see you've come back and have received the message.

RainyDaisy · 04/11/2016 18:29

OP do you think it's grim that an old bloke on his own wanking in the cinema is grim? I think most would.

Well the situation is only slightly different as you're with this bloke and the wank...

Grim

TSSDNCOP · 04/11/2016 18:44

Aside from the fact I think you're lying through your teeth, I'd almost like to see DS and his mates discover you indulging in your middle-aged sleaze fest. You'd absolutely never, ever leave the house without a heavy disguise let alone visit the flicks.

TSSDNCOP · 04/11/2016 18:47

I like to think he takes after his mother who once exposed a wanker on a train by knocking the bag off his lap and screaming "this blokes having a wank" to the entire carriage as I alighted at my stop. I believe he thought I would be too scared to do anything.

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 04/11/2016 18:48

Just vile.

Keep your sad little fantasies to the privacy of your own home - pull the curtains, make the popcorn, leave it to go cold and stale, serve it, put Fifty Shades of Grey on the TV, turn the volume up, and do whatever the hell you want. Just leave the rest of us - who have paid a fucking fortune to go to the cinema to actually see a film, not inadvertently give you a cheap thril because you're so naughty doing it in public, oo-er - just leave us out of it. Completely.

And yes, you'd probably lose your jobs if you were caught. Which would actually be a good thing by the sounds of it.

TheOnlyLivingBoyInNewCross · 04/11/2016 18:49

And I've just googled what "boabie" means. Seriously? You really do have a one-track mind, don't you?
