Well, all went well with dc's again today. They got ice-cream, sweets, toys, credit x mobile & pocket money. Tomorrow they're off to amusement park. This from the same man who hadn't enough to pay maintenance!
Made a bit of a blunder though, dd came back with a beautiful flower arrangement in a basket & I could see an envelope with his writing in her other hand. I said who are the flowers for? She said who do you think & without thinking I said did daddy send the flowers for me . Don't know what possessed me to think he'd actually send me flowers . Luckily she just laughed & said daddy would hardly be sending YOU flowers! (so so true!). They were for her & envelope which I though might contain letter of apology was pocket money! Would be way way too late for apologies anyway so just as well really.
Yet again he promised to take them to a show mid week IF mummy said it was ok. What a twat. In court case last week I'd suggested that one afternoon mid week would be more suitable than two consecutive days at weekend. He protested that he'd be too busy to take time off. This is only second wk of access & already he's looked for them mid wk last wk & now mid wk this wk aswell.
Anyway I'd posted last wk that I got a sol letter saying that he wouldn't take them at 12 instead of 1 on Sun (for no other reason than it would suit me). When person who does the dropping & collecting today said I'll see you tomorrow before 1, I just said I think you must be mistaken the time is meant to be 12. They just said fine & heard nothing since so all looking good. Hopefully exh has realised if he's going to be such a twat it's going to backfire on him with dc's.
