Just that really - was having a discussion around a dinner party tonight and the issue seemed v. contentious, so I said I would post on here to gauge other opinions!

It makes sense to me that short women often care more. They are used to associating feeling short with feeling feminine/cared for etc because almost all men are taller. Whereas for me the average man is shorter than me. I'm used to being on their eye level. I'm really tall so even someone 6'4" is, yes, taller but not hugely so! I don't associate it so strongly with feeling feminine.

Skinny guys though... I briefly dated one and it did make me feel weird. He felt so... light/insubstantial! Everyone else has been much stockier/stronger than me. So I guess it's the same thing, how weird it feels depends on how much of a departure from your "norm" is.

Some short guys are very sexy - it doesn't put me off. Yes I would and yes I have. I've also dated very tall men at 6ft 4.
