What do you find attractive?

Light hearted question - a male friend just told me that he can get turned on just by hearing his girlfriend’s voice on the phone (in a normal conversation rather than anything sexy!)

This surprised me and led me to wonder if this was a common thing? What do you find attractive in someone apart from the obvious?

Glasses.

Bum and smell. Not an aftershavey smell either I like a working man. Veiny forearms too

A guy I'm working with was quite close to me in a lift, instantly had not so pure thoughts 😂

I like men who are a bit uptight! I myself an intense character and I realised in my mid 20s I needed a man who was a bit "type A" about something, bonus points if its something I don't care about myself.

Also not dissimilar but general tidiness. I simply cannot be attracted to a man who "doesn't see" mess/things that need doing.

Gaps between front teeth. I find them very attractive in men and women 😁

Sense of humour - my DH makes me laugh every day & it’s really sexy! Also I love watching him bake bread.

Men doing martial arts can be sexy as hell - I had a massive crush on my Sensei for years!

Confidence but not cockiness.

Forearms and hands. With rolled up shirt sleeves.

Physical courage. Can't be doing with people who are scared of needles/ bees/ wasps/ heights etc

Masculine hands, a sense of humour and good a socialising skills, confidence but not cockiness and nice shoes

The way my dh loves our ddogs as much as me!

My DH does this, we'll be talking on the phone about something completely none sexual and he'll get turned on.

Or we can be sat having a conversation in person and the more intense the discussion, the more animated I get the more sexual he feels.

I get turned on by nothing. I'm clearly dead below the waist.

Definitely a droid humour and I also like them to smell desirable both men and women

Also general capability at life, not needing me to direct or instruct and just get on with it.

In terms of dating, genuine gentlemanly behaviour is very attractive.

In a relationship, all round good manners and patience. Also bravery and a certain charisma.

Grey hair with a salt and pepper beard regrowth. Or vice versa.

Attractive eyes, the colour doesn't matter.

An Irish accent. But as I live in the Southern Hesmisphere, the chance would be a fine thing.

Physical - short back and sides hairstyle. If with a beard, not one of those poncy over groomed ones like Rylan Clark has.

Not fussed about height, hair or skin and eye colour, but a solid build is attractive. Being neat and tidy and taking good care of body and mind too
