Catching my husband cheating?

I can go into the back story later if needed, I just need to know if I need to get this set up quickly…

In a nutshell, I'm 99% certain my "D"H is up to something. I've found out from the wife of his friend that he cheated a while ago and he's been behaving so suspiciously recently that I'm sure he's up to something again. I'm not kicking him out though until I have proof, as he'd just go for the wounded party thing, and I'm not having that. He denies everything when confronted.

So, he's away apparently visiting a friend this weekend... I can't follow him to see where he goes as I have commitments that I can't get out of, so my (psycho wife) idea is to send my old phone with a PAYG sim hidden in in his car, so I can see where he (or at least his car) actually is...

Forget the rights and wrongs, will this work to track him assuming the phone is on silent and Bluetooth etc turned off so the car doesn't link to the phone? Am I completely insane?

dontpointatme if you're going to own the SIM yourself you can link the phone to a Google account, also belonging to you. Then you can see your location and location history on Google online whilst he's away.

You've tried the mature approach (talking to him about it). That failed, which was not your fault. You don't have lots of options left in the absence of bank statements etc, so go for it. I hope you're wrong and I wish you well OP.

Set up your phone and download find my phone but you'll need to register both devices to your email.

There is a website called iptracker.

You copy any web address into this website, it does some jiggery pokery to the link, creates a new link, which you message to your 'target' and as soon as they click on the link, their mobile location is logged on the Iptracker website.

Thanks everyone. I really thought I'd get shot down in flames for going too far!

I tested it by taking it with me in my glove box earlier but the tracker didn't work. He's not in now so just going to have a mess about with it, it could be that I cut off the signal by putting it in the glove box I think.

Now to find somewhere to hide it tomorrow, he's not going until Sunday morning. If it works, at least it's one for everyone's arsenal of sneaky fuckery...
