Wow need to start a new thread.

The support I’ve had from all the posters has been amazing and very much appreciated and I hope will continue.

'On yer go!' I like it Lily, you're sounding super strong lately. Do you feel like you've turned a bit of a corner?

Lily007 · 23/07/2018 09:29

Hi Toots

Yes, I’ve been feeling a lot more positive this last week. Although I think that’s more because I’ve heard nothing from him or about him.

I don’t want to get too complacent as I’m sure I’ll still have bad days but if the good days outweigh the bad, that’s progress 😊

It certainly is and it's lovely to hear you're feeling good. If only XH and DT would just keep quiet for a few months, you'd be grand!

AgathaF · 23/07/2018 09:46

Such a positive post Lily. I bet you couldn't have imagined saying that a few weeks ago. What a long way you've come.

Blueisblue · 23/07/2018 17:26

Lily, you mentioned a facial procedure you had on a previous thread. Can I ask what it was again, and if you have noticed results?

Think you're doing marvellous Thanks

Lily007 · 23/07/2018 18:26

Hi Blue

Yes it was plasma therapy. The lines around my mouth are definitely less pronounced but the healing time is 12 weeks. Wouldn’t do it again.

I have the plasma therapy for 3 prolapsed discs in my neck. It’s been a miracle treatment for me.

It’s generally used in mainstream medicine.

Hi All

Had a really tough day today. No reason, just felt really shitty.

I’m having a “can’t believe this has happened to me” sort of day.

Here’s hoping for a better day tomorrow 🤞😔

Hey Lilly, I think days like this are still normal, it's just the shock rearing it's head again, you'll bounce back you always do, 💐

tootstastic · 24/07/2018 22:34

Shitty days no longer become shitty weeks Lily, tomorrow is a new day, I'm sure it'll be a better one.

rainbowruthie · 25/07/2018 19:27

Just sending some more kind thoughts Flowers

Lily007 · 25/07/2018 20:38

Hiya

Not had too bad a day, apart from being at work 😩

Hopefully I’ll have a few good days after my pretty crappy day yesterday.

I’m going out on Friday for my friend’s birthday. Three of us, just for something to eat and a few drinks so something to look forward to 😊.

Ooh that will be nice.

Wear something that makes you feel fab!

Lily007 · 25/07/2018 22:45

Ah thanks Bluntness. I’ll do my best 😘

Always good to have something to look forward to, hope you have a lovely evening with your friends

AgathaF · 26/07/2018 10:16

Hope you have a lovely time with your friends.

Blueisblue · 26/07/2018 18:51

Just noting that you don't appear to be logging the no contact in weeks anymore. Have you noticed that, or is it just you don't feel the need to?

You're doing great. Inspirational Thanks

Lily007 · 27/07/2018 18:23

Thanks everyone.

Blueisblue Just drafted a response but it hasn’t posted so I’ve lost it 😡😡😡

Going out in a little while so I’ll catch up tomorrow 😉🥂

Hope you had a great night out Lily!

Lily007 · 28/07/2018 08:16

Hi Toots

I had a brilliant night thanks. Didn’t get home until 1 am. Feeling a bit delicate this morning.

Had to be up fairly early today to take my doggie to the hairdressers. Could have done with a lie in 🙈

tootstastic · 28/07/2018 12:25

Lily, you party animal!!! Good to hear it! It'll have done you good to let your hair down. But yes, you could've done without the groomers whilst feeling slightly fragile Grin

Rememory · 01/08/2018 17:09

Hi Lily, just checking in to see how you're doing this week? Hope you're well Thanks

tootstastic · 01/08/2018 23:11

Ah yes Lily, I was just wondering how you're getting on too? Anything planned this weekend?

Bluntness100 · 02/08/2018 08:55

Checking in here also. How are you Lilly?

Lily007 · 02/08/2018 17:54

Hi everyone

Been a bit preoccupied this week...............the dreaded solicitor’s letter landed on Saturday. It’s very vague, just says he’s instructed them and asks me to get my solicitor to contact them within 21 days.

As you’ll appreciate I was rather shell shocked for a couple of days. I’ve had some really good advice from my friend who’s a recently retired matrimonial solicitor. I’m going to go at my own pace just to piss him off. I don’t want to go into too much detail on here for obvious reasons.

I’m feeling quite positive now I’ve got my ducks in a row and to be honest I’m not too bothered about the prospect of divorce proceedings, I wouldn’t piss on the dickhead if he was on fire so I don’t want to be married to him.

Thanks all for checking in 😘
