In short, you photograph a happy thing every day for 100 days, and share it on fb/twitter/by email with the website.

Oh nooo about the date!

My happy thing today is really scraping the barrel but I did a 12hr day at work due to deadlines and I haven't been able to manage that for a long time due to anxiety etc. So not a good thing but happy I copes

All bit quiet from yesterday - must have been short on the happy things! Mine must have been that the baby's dad came over and took me out for dinner so had a nice time, better than I expected.

Today - did my first parkrun this morning. Pretty chuffed with 30:16 at 18+3 weeks pregnant!

peppa that's amazing! Things must feel a bit complicated with baby's dad? I think you sound so positive - not easy.

My happy things sound so tiny and insignificant - but I'll throw them out there. I managed to French plait my own unruly hair for work yesterday - and it stayed in despite the train/walk commute! My struggling feet are also managing the said walking with only one stick.

Peppa that's a brilliant time! I can't get under around 33 mins. And I'm not at all pregnant!

My happy thing yesterday was drinks in the evening with friends. Had such a lovely time with them all. But actually there were a few other things too including a really good work meeting strangely!

Today so far, went for a bike ride with a club I've just joined. Had such a fun time. Met a load of new people, sweated a little bit and hopefully managed to improve my thighs. The builders are here and it's also really exciting to see progress (although at dirt and cold)

I need to run today still (have become slightly obsessive) but for now am sitting in my clean bedroom (away from said builders) eating peanut butter on toast. So much to be happy for!

Onwards and upwards everyone!

When its just me and him it's fine. He came and ran with me which meant a lot as he used to irritate me but was really supportive which kept me going so all positive steps!

I'm on day 95 today is anyone else still going?

JudithTaverner · 06/04/2017 14:35

I've just done day 100. I was less rigid about doing it recently I must admit.

But 100 days! wow. It was such a helpful thing for me to do through such a tough time. I really recommend it.

In fact may do another 100 days.

Yes I've found it's really helped me with my PND I'm actually going to do it for the whole year now because I've found it so good Grin
