Is it ok to share pictures?
Mine is my hilarious feline - who has got a "new box" (ie. Something came from Amazon yesterday, and after I left the box on the landing, she has spent most of the last 24 hours in there!)
A friend was round y'day and heard this racket from upstairs - is there someone in your house? - no, it's crazycat getting out of a box which is on a chair. Quite a noisy performance it is too

I've been doing this for a few days now too by email.

So far I have walked my parents' dogs in the sunshine, been to the gym for a run, swim and sauna, and yesterday I bought a pair of walking boots for half price - they are for some walking holiday weekends that I am intending to do this year.

Today's picture will probably be of the left over home made curry that's waiting for my dinner tonight.

It's only a cat - and I'm a serial namechanger - but you are totally right to be cautious.
However when I attach it, it keeps getting turned on it's side which makes the whole cat-in-a-box thing a little harder to 'get'! Another day.

Yesterday I managed to clear a corner of a messy room which was hard but I'm pleased about it.

The smell of this beautiful tree in my warm front room brings me lots of pleasure.

I've been for a run which was lovely. Made myself, but glad I did. Shower now and then get the dcs up for lunch out I think.

I haven't posted my happy pic yet - will see how the rest of the day transpires first.

I'm feeling very positive about 2017. Let's leave the bad stuff in 2016 and look forwards.

I'm guilty of being too negative at times, so I'm going to take this chance to look at all the great things I have in my life. I'm going to start now with being glad I'm not too hungover from last night, and I will take my gorgeous dog for a muddy walk along the canal

Found it a tough start to the day to be honest - not sure whether I was expecting to wake up and the world would be a different place.

My happy thing though - my mum has watched DD this AM so I could lie in and now about to have roast beef

Right I'm officially logging my photos as of today, today's happiness is sleepy baby snuggles!

Although switching off the social media and not feeling the constant urge to see what's going on is coming a close second, logged in posted my happy and logged back out 3 days social media free! Go me!

Mine to day was teaching my son a new game. His squeals of delight filled the street house with joy.

I need to get a new phone so have been uploading photos from current phone which weren't backed up anywhere.

I made a little album of the year of DC and it was so lovely to see how many happy photos there were despite it being a crap year. I have very resilient beautiful little children.

Yesterday's photo ended up being a picture of my 2 year old niece meeting my guinea pigs and today's picture will be of the ring I just bought myself from Pandora. I realised that I was missing my jewellery and didn't feel like myself without something sparkly so decided to treat myself.

I just made lentil chilli. It tastes like shit but I am sure I will have the body of a goddess by a Saturday

I finished a pile of marking 😇 That might be my happy thing actually.

I posted a picture of my ds1 blowing out his birthday candles. Had a lovely tea with the dcs (now all back home from their dad's). But actually my happy moment was this morning walking in the sunshine along a very ugly road near me with my headphones on listening to my "wailing women" playlist. I felt very happy .

It's lovely how you can get happiness from mundane things.

Day 7 for me tomorrow.

Day 2 for me today, my happy was that I bought myself a new bag in the sales I was a bit about it being a bit materialistic but it did make me happy and I don't want to do 100 days of how cute my baby is

Day 2 yesterday. I forgot to post yesterday. I couldn't think of anything good about the day so after I put the DC to bed i made a big mug of tea, lit a scented candle and used a lovely new moisturiser to create a few happy moments. It was lovely.
Then i fell asleep before posting.

It's lovely to read everyone's posts.

My instagram is all about things that make me happy anyhow. But I am making an effort to think of good stuff everyday too, even when it's too easy to believe everything is going wrong.

Today's is that I am back at work, amongst adults for a change. Would be too weird if I take a photo of them!

Had a bad day today (working from home - too lonely really) and then went for a run - it was so nice. Really lifted my mood. I do keep posting the same picture of my run on instagram though!
