Hi
I have namechanged as I wanted to hear advice and maybe experiences without people having the info from my previous thread.
I am seriously considering going back to my ex. I feel like it's safer and easier to be back with him. He never hurt my dd and she's the only one I really care about. Has anyone had any good experience of going back because since leaving him I just feel shitter than ever.
Tia

I know you have. You've had more than anyone could cope with. Did you manage to the Dr?

purplepavements · 07/11/2015 19:56

Yeah I went to the doctor and she is going to speak to the psychiatrist about my meds and then I should get home support team or something

Hi purple, that's good, home support sounds positive. Never lose sight of the fact that you've been through intolerable things, but it can get better, I promise x

purplepavements · 07/11/2015 22:49

I don't know how to carry on, I wish I was with him

Him or someone? It's OK to need someone, but you deserve way better I hope you know that.

purplepavements · 10/11/2015 15:13

Him I think

How are you today purple? Has your medication changed yet?

purplepavements · 11/11/2015 22:43

I don't feel well.
I'm worrying about everything and my future and how to get better, I'm exhausted from feeling like this and ready to be better

OP posts:
ASAS · 11/11/2015 22:44

Excellent news that you're ready to be better. Once you get used to your new medication you'll thrive.

Do you have any hobbies.

purplepavements · 11/11/2015 23:00

I'm not taking my medicine it has too many side effects. I used to do athletics

OP posts:
ASAS · 12/11/2015 14:45

Is there an athletics club close to you? Or would you go running? You could think about getting back in to it.

BearFoxBear · 12/11/2015 20:42

Hi purple, is this new medication, or are you still waiting for a new prescription?

Running might be a good way to get out and start clearing your mind. Make yourself strong again x

BearFoxBear · 23/11/2015 22:30

Purple how are you? I'm thinking about you x
