Hi
I have namechanged as I wanted to hear advice and maybe experiences without people having the info from my previous thread.
I am seriously considering going back to my ex. I feel like it's safer and easier to be back with him. He never hurt my dd and she's the only one I really care about. Has anyone had any good experience of going back because since leaving him I just feel shitter than ever.
Tia

you've done amazingly well to get through court purple, well done for being so strong. You can set your life up for happiness now, it might seem like it will never happen but just small steps and you will get there. think how far you've come already!

I wish i could hold you hand and give you some company, but we're all here to support you. I actually came to relationships because i was wondering if you were ok Flowers stsy strong purple, you're not alone. Do you have any family or friends you can spend some time with? remember that even though he is gone now you can still ask for help from your gp and other services if you feel really low.

You're in my thoughts purple, one of the bravest women i know.

That sounds like a good idea if you are struggling today purple. If you need looked after, then that's the right thing to do. You know that we're all here when you want to talk, on here, or by pm. I wish I could help more, but I'm holding your hand Flowers

JennaRainbow · 22/10/2015 06:32

I think that sounds like a very brave decision Purple, you will be looked after there, and please do let people look after you. You deserve kindness and support. Whenever you need to talk we're always here. I hope you rest. Thinking of you x

purplepavements · 22/10/2015 11:46

I'm glad that you were looked after purple. Now who do you have to support you at home? I think that's important. Anytime you need us we're here, but we can only do so much purple, and I hope that there's someone in rl to physically hold your hand.

purplepavements · 22/10/2015 19:12

No I have no one at all now

OP posts:
BearFoxBear · 22/10/2015 20:09

That's no good. I don't even know which agencies or support groups to recommend either. Maybe someone else will be able to though. Either way, you're not alone, we're all here.

purplepavements · 23/10/2015 22:36

JennaRainbow · 24/10/2015 14:21

Hi Purple, so sorry to only just reply, how are you doing today? I know you feel like you miss your ex but I think it's just the companionship maybe? You must remember what he has done to you, physically and mentally, and remember how brave you are and how far you've come. You are SO much stronger than you think.

purplepavements · 25/10/2015 21:25

I don't know what I feel or anything

OP posts:

Hi Purple, I'm here for you. What do you want to talk about? And please don't say sorry, you've got nothing to be sorry about x

purplepavements · 27/10/2015 21:32

Today I went to work and saw a counsellor, I am doing things but just feel bleak, and keep having many flashbacks

OP posts:
PowerPantsRule · 29/10/2015 22:45

Did the counsellor help? Were you able to talk to her?

purplepavements · 30/10/2015 20:12

Sophia1984 · 30/10/2015 22:35

Hi purple. I've just read your whole thread and you are such a strong woman. I'm here if you need to talk.

Sophia1984 · 30/10/2015 22:42

I haven't experienced abuse but I have depression and anxiety and I know how powerless it can make you feel. Anxiety is all these voices in your head telling you 'you can't, you can't, you can't' but over the past few months you've shown that you can get through such difficulty. Remember how strong you are x

Sophia1984 · 31/10/2015 13:22

Are you ok purple. Everyone on here cares about you oh so much x

purplepavements · 31/10/2015 14:59

I'm not ok but I really appreciate your messages

OP posts:
Sophia1984 · 31/10/2015 15:49

Is there anywhere you can go where you feel safe but are out of the house and around other people? I sometimes find libraries good for this, or find a cafe where you can read a magazine. Sometimes it can stop your thoughts becoming overwhelming x

purplepavements · 31/10/2015 17:02

I sometimes go for a drive
But I am feeling very very suicidal now
