I thought this would call for a new thread.

As I was preparing the children's dinner, the phone rang and guess who it was? Toad's solicitor, to have a chat about contact.

I am a friendly and polite person, also was in shock, so I complied and explained to him the children's views on their father.

DS thought I was 'cool'. Confused.

You never know what will happen at the moment.

That court battle could be epic:

Mr Toad v. Ms KarentheToadSlayer, Court Ref: ALL1SL00NY/2015

Right-o Karen, get yourself booked into a contact centre pronto! This would be hilarious to give as evidence in your "skelly" to a judge:

In order that, I, the unresponsive one, officially known as KarentheToadSlayer, can demonstrate to your honour, that I am in fact an very unresponsive woman: I have made myself available for supervised contact on a Monday morning at Townville Children's Centre, when the children are at school. The Toadlicant in these proceedings attended a couple of times but felt unable to get through to the attending supervisor my immaturity and so ceased attending the contact centre. It is his case that I, the unresponsive one, should have direct contact with the Toadlicant. It is my case, however, that I would like to be ordered into a hospital or prison, whichever your honour prefers, as a way to correct my thinking on this matter

He's as balmy as MrSW's latest barrister who has alleged that I am an asylum seeker in my own country - and has requested the judge gives me orders to remove myself!

We can both check ourselves into the asylum - we need a holiday from these lunatics.

Flowers Bogey please don't worry. No slimy snail trail in sight. I may be exhausted and in desperate need of a break, but I am not losing my sanity yet.

We need a holiday, WWK. Let's win the lottery, and go on a fancy holiday.

Grin @ your 'Statement' WWK and 'supervised contact'.

Morning, Karen.

I think we know now why he has been playing nicely.

What does your contract say about any of this?

Lweji · 23/01/2015 07:25

You really should sort out an automatic email response to him with the word NO.

Karenthetoadslayer · 23/01/2015 07:37

I expect an addendum to the contract Phase worded like WWK's post regarding contact Grin between the applicant and the respondent.

Love the supervised contact!

Shock and Grin at alleged asylum seeker. Do these people have no sense of reality? That barrister should be struck off or whatever it is they do for admonishment.

thatsnotmynamereally · 23/01/2015 12:48

Love it WWK! But. Asylum seeker? WTF? Very strange indeed... Karen the Toad does not seem to be on board with the new reality. It doesn't seem like he's trying very hard with the kids, somehow? You'd think that he would consider them not really wanting to 'contact' as a telling message. But I suppose anything could happen, still. Good for you, with KOKO, I think that both you and WWK do need a holiday Smile Flowers

How are you Toadslayer?
I hope that all is going well for you FlowersDaffodil
