I know i know i shouldn't even be going there but this week is making me really depressed. I can't get the thought of my x and his new love having a fantastic first valentines day. He was so great on valentines day and it is making me sick thinking of them having a wonderful night and then making love. Why do these horrible thoughts come to you. I am so jealous i hate her (and him)

Salt/ newname what happened on valentine's day with A and L? I went out with two female friends but after dinner one said she was tired and went home, so that left two of us, both of whom had got late babysitters and were determined to go dancing, even if everyone would assume we were a couple of lesbians out for valentine's day. We had a really good time and at the end of the evening this guy who had initially asked me to dance, and then we had met all his nice friends, asked me for my number, but he was not attractive so I made a polite excuse, feeling bad. As we were leaving, I asked my friend if I had been rude to refuse, and she said, "I'll tell you outside." We got out and she goes, "I'm so glad you didn't give that guy your number; you obviously hadn't noticed that huge red lovebite on the side of his neck!" What kind of a man goes out to pick up women with a big red lovebite? What kind of a woman gives a man a big red lovebite and then doesn't want to see him on valentine's day?

Perhaps it was a birthmark?

We just thought it was very funny; perhaps if I had been interested in him we would have looked more closely!
