my partner woke me up by having sex with me, I was really shocked at what was happening and not sure what to do or think about what has happened.
I told my friend but she just laughed about it, any advice? thanks.

I dunno, I think the main reason this thread erupted is that opinions were invited in the OP. If a thread was started as a support thread in relationships - similar to the support for victims of emotional abuse - then hopefully it would be policed as such, and wouldn't invite negative judgements? You would reach many more people that way. I think it would be a good thing to come out of this bunfight. It's up to you of course, that's just my 2 pennies.

Also, I don't think I was deleted! Which is surprising, I think there was some major headwalling going on at one stage... I'll go back to check again and find a telling off deletion no doubt. Smile

All the best to everyone. This is a sure-fire way to ensure yet another rape myth pops up and the whole thing starts again isn't it?

Blush took too long to write that one. Ignore me.

As you were...

YEs, please

I realise that asserting that the OP was a troll would get me deleted, and expected that. But I didn't expect my post about rape myths being perpetuated to a poster's child to be deleted. Hmm

Grin AnyFucker.

To all you lovely posters who shared your stories on here, take care, you were very brave to put your stories on such a thread. I believe you x

Running, AF and other posters, there is a thread in OTBT.

My boyfriend did this to me too, and it isn't the first time either. He's never hurt me, he respects me but I felt awful waking up to him doing this. I didn't know how to react so I didn't say anything I then pretended to be asleep and eventually he stopped, I'm scared to fetch it up incase I embarrass him or myself.

Thingsdogetbetter · 13/11/2019 06:51

Karla1968 please start a new thread. This one is 7 years old and people don't usually read it and therefore won't notice your new addition.

Personally, I feel this is NOT the action of someone who respects you. He things you are asleep throughout, so it is sex (rape) solely for him. Not for mutual enjoyment, but him using your body to solely satisfy himself. Embarrassment is the wrong emotion to be feeling!!
