Mouseface · 25/03/2011 21:01

Hello.

I'm Mouse. Smile

We are a Bus load of posters with various relationships with the demon booze. Some are sober, some are not and some are inbetween.

So come say hi and meet the rest of The Babes, there's always plenty of room on the Bus, the doors are ALWAYS open.

No judgy pants are worn on this journey, pants yes and even the odd Tena Lady but always of the non judging variety. Grin

Late to the party - any food left? Is it time for Gloria Gaynor and 'I will survive'?

No PJs in this house (oo er missus) so best trackie bottoms and tee shirt for the party.

I'm in for a quick dance then off to bed - early start in the morning. Hope everyone enjoys their clear head tomorrow.

going to have to go too - hope some late night Babes will come rocking up soon for the wee small hours.....
I just surfed back through some old threads - I joined in October at Thread 9 in complete despair. Ok, I still haven't cracked it but this is my third drink free night this week - there's no way I coul dhave done that then. And though I'm still battling, I no longer feel despair and I no longer feel alone.
thanks Babes, love you to bits.

mouseface · 06/04/2011 21:46

Oh Jeff! I kick up a fuss and then Nemo needs me.

So sorry to duck out Babes but needs must. Not a great day all round so I think I'll go snuggle with my little fella until he falls asleep and then snuggle with my big fella til he does too.

Uber stress in the Mouse house at the mo.

Night all, watch you don't trip over your hand bags! Grin

Morning Isinde Grin

I have occasionally wished that there were meetings later in the evening (starting at around 9ish I suppose) because then it would be so late by the time I left that the idea of drinking would be completely out of the window. Well done on going last night and not giving in Grin

Wish me luck please ladies (and gent). We have a schools appeal this morning to get my youngest into a different secondary as she's so very unhappy where she is currently.

munkymaz · 07/04/2011 09:04

Isindie well done you, that shows detemination in my book. I have looked into my local meetings but DH is often on the road and I never know from 1 day/week to the next whether he'll be around for DS. I suppose I could ask my neighbour to babysit, I wouldn't have to tell her where I'm going.......but after doing 10 weeks, I'm pretty certain I can beat this.

Golly Good look with the appeal.

Morning to the rest of the babes.

Day 4 here and just for today, I will not be drinking.
