Oh, go on, go to the pub quiz. I'd give anything to go to a pub quiz tonight - I love em! You're in charge of your own destiny now and nothing will happen unless you make it happen - so just do it!
Congrats on getting this far and being one of the most inspirational and positive dumplings I know x
As for exh - yes, of course it's normal to think of him today - don't beat yourseelf up about it. And glad you're having a good time with date man. It's also perfectly normal to be confused about instincts with someone new, after you have been so hurt. What experience has taught me though is that instincts are usually right...I thought I was being paranoid about exbf's feelings for me but I wasn't. I was right :)

Did you have an alright afternoon Patience? Hope so. We went to soft play, then I made a curry. Just a homepride jobby but little one cut up some mushrooms and peppers for me and we added some carrots and onions. It was lovely acutally and they're eating it with relish. Small things make me happy :)

Yep had lunch at a veggie cafe and got some crystals ,didn't really get a chat with my friend cos I had the kids ,but will catch up again soon x

All ok here in house-share-with-H land. took the stolen dog for a very wet lovely walk with two of my friends and their dogs this morning, then took DD2 clothes shopping this afternoon which was fun; DD1 was doing an all day Duke of Ed trip and is now back soaking wet and very tired,well done her.
H is staying tomorrow too as DD2 has to go in to hospital for an operation Tuesday morning and it is my long day at work. So since H is not working(!) I asked him if he would stay and take her in.
Which is fine, but then I realised, hilariously, it is hideous Valentine's Day. Wonder if OW minds he is not there with her in Lord of the Manor mode ...

On my birthday X ruined it for me (long story) and about 6.30 text saying oh shit just realised the day (am guessing his sister told him) he hadnt thought of it when he was sending abusive texts only remembered when it was well and trully ruined...or least he thought, i went out that night and had a brilliant time but i did keep thinking about how the year before i had been 8 months pregnant and we went out for a meal and it started snowing...then i remembered it was all at my insistence,there was no card or presiie off him, he vetoed my choice of venue for something more expensive, blew way too much money which could have went towards christmas pressies and then on the way home done doughnuts in tesco car park in the snow....like i said i was 8 months pregnant, PRICK!!

Patience, sorry your X cancelled on you again, my X never did contact me about taking DC out so the money he got for scrapping his car yesterday will have went to the off licence and his drug dealers as per usual

Off, if you and DD2 was out all day and DD1 was too where was XH? i'd have had him scrubbing the toilet lol can he not leave and come back tuesday morning? i'm worried him being there tomorrow will hurt you too much, i couldnt do it thats for sure ((hugs))

Goo, facebook is a wonderful thing but can also be an instrument of torture, i know i'm getting better as in the past i used to look at X's FB 20+ times a day now i'm down to 2-3 times a week and thats when i'm really really bored and just fancy being nosey lol

Didn't go to the pub - Being Human proved too much of a temptation! So going to have a pizza and some wine. And I will try not to think about why date man hasn't texted me since he dropped me off this morning!
