FriggsFlyingFalconFeathers · 23/11/2011 18:32

this is a good review of it,if anyone's interested

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 19:08

Oiitt! What about this good review??? :o :o
I think it's nicer to have the children facing so at least the back child can have a reasonable view :) You get a great view through the low peekaboo window of the children.

FriggsFlyingFalconFeathers · 23/11/2011 19:44

well obviously yours is much better tiggy Grin

i just assumed everyone on here had seen yours already....

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 20:05

pramsgalore · 23/11/2011 20:08

lol, i have often thought that, aswell as a few other ones that i would like to use Wink

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 20:35

My mind is boggling now!!

aswellasyou · 23/11/2011 22:13

Pramworld have just announced on their Facebook page that the Promenade will be released in January costing £799. I assume that's the price for it as a double. I really like the look of it, especially for people who need something with a small footprint.

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 22:21

I was just coming to show this

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 22:23

Lol, I didn't look at your link first lol. I call Winstanleys, that, not Pram World lolol!
I understand that only limited stores will be stocking the Promenade.
It doesn't look bad - I thought from the other photos that there would be more space between the seats and the basket would be better - but I am not complaint because at least there is a basket!

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 22:25

Or more to the point, a basket with no child's feet in, although I am not sure how well the fixed lower footrest will work with an older toddler in.

aswellasyou · 23/11/2011 22:29

I was going to write Winstanley's but couldn't be bothered to check if it was actually Whinstanley's rather than Winstanley's, so just wrote Pramworld instead! Grin

www.which.co.uk/news/2011/09/philandteds-launches-promenade-multi-function-double-pushchair-266531/

to me, it looks like the basket would have childs feet in it. they would be kicking your shopping!

Tiggywunkle · 23/11/2011 22:59

To be honest the same thing happens with the new Peach Blossom if you put an older child underneath. That's why when I need the basket space, I put the baby underneath to give me clear access, much to my toddlers disgust as she loves being underneath. The new footrest on the Peach Blossom is pointless after a certain age, but at least it is flexible, so moves out of the way / doesn't hurt the child's legs. DD usually puts her feet into the basket or straight out onto the front basket bar.

pramsgalore · 24/11/2011 12:36

oooo my hood has turned up and looks fab on my cam with my purple mb cosytoes, love it Smile

suzie38 · 24/11/2011 13:26

pramsgalore · 24/11/2011 13:34

the zigzag one, the first one never appeared and looking at the post mark she sent another one out yesterday and it arrived this morning, it looks fab, when i left her feedback i always read what other people have left and it's the same person you got you vhc hood and footmuff from, so i am using my cam this afternoon for the school run now Grin

pramsgalore · 24/11/2011 13:37

TruthSweet · 24/11/2011 13:47

Bleugh - I caught DD3 drinking golden syrup out of the bottle once!

pramsgalore · 24/11/2011 13:54

Blush i have done that, with a spoon though, she's really bad, will drink anything, is a bit obessed with drinking, its a good job we are tea total, i would have a drunk 3 year old otherwise Shock you can not put a drink down.

suzie38 · 24/11/2011 14:09

Mine's the opposite...It's nightmare getting her to drink and a nightmare getting her to eat!!! Small re the same seller...Sadly i've got to sell the Hungry Catepillar stuff now i'm not keeping the Cameleon as i'm just fed up of being surrounded by accessories.
