You can avoid the charges by contacting ebay and telling them the buyer didn't pay...if she doesn't respond or co-operate she will end up with a mark against her name. If she does it again a couple more times (to other sellers) she will get banned. (have to get herself a new ebay account).

Hi everyone, gosh so much to catch up on! Lovely news about your little one , that link to the b-dual offer doen't work -although it does send me to some nice kids sale stuff though I am definatly getting rid of the phil and teds but its lighter weight and nippyness has almost made me fall out of love with the Bertini!! I had to use it yesterday and it felt awfully heavy and clunky - and the recline kept failing which its never done before -eek!
