This is as imaginative as I get!Wink
Frigg, my Mum works for the City Council doing disability adaptations to resident's houses. She goes to assessments with an OT, decides on adaptations needed, designs them, draws up plans, applies for planning permission and oversees the work. She's been in the same job since she was 18 so she's learnt a lot about all sorts of dsabilities along the way.

Went to beach.....nipper arrived while we were out! Luckily dd1 was home, signed for it and hid it in our ensuite! Hope h doesn't want a shower later...

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 19:19

Grin at your DD being in on your sordid secret buggy stash!!

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 20:11

Lolol re hiding pushchairs! How funny! I have this image of pushchairs in your shower. Having said that we often have pushchairs in the children's bath Hmm
The Xari and Kobi have the same size seats. My daughter is very tall - on the 91st or higher centile - I can never remember which - and she fitted perfectly. There wasn't much room for growth, like Frigg says, but she was fine. In fact she looked very comfy unlike some other pushchairs. The handling is superb.
The Noa arrives in the UK any day :) I think we will buy a second one because they are uber handy and so narrow in shops and restaurants.

MonkeysPunk · 01/08/2011 20:27

H is downstairs watching tv...I have sneaked into the ensuite and slit open the box....the sand colour is lovely! I can smell the tyres (i have a thing about the smell of rubber! Blush
I am trying to find my tyre pump....wish I hadn't tidied up.
Love the included seat liner, it is plain, but very soft and a good fit, a nice extra to have. The basket looks pretty big.
Hoping to get to the new forest on the train with it and hoping it can manage stairs!
It is in the shower right now btw! It's not the first time and prob won't be the last!

MonkeysPunk · 01/08/2011 20:29

Next are selling the Noa now...in black.£150

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 20:29

I wish I had bought a single now...in fact OH asked me after we sailed across the beach with the double Nipper, why we hadn't bought a single!

MonkeysPunk · 01/08/2011 20:37

I can't wait to set the nipper up, I am wondering if the seat is the same size as the double, or bigger!
I had the red double. I had to fold it to get it in the house though and had quite a bad back at the time so sold it. In use it was v nice to push.

aswellasyou · 01/08/2011 20:43

MonkeysPunk · 01/08/2011 21:43

I wasn't paying attention to the kobi in soton....but £900 is way outta my league!
I'm happy with my bargain nipper for £100....more happy because it was a bargain also....
Why aren't graco citisports made for the UK anymore? They need to do some in fashion fabrics for the UK.

suzie38 · 01/08/2011 21:56

No idea but it's a real shame as they're trusty little workhorses...Great for public transport as don't take up much room on a bus or train when up...True one handed fold with a shoulder strap...Good sized basket for the size...My DD loves hers.

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 22:03

is it me,or is this v similar to the MB +One?

i might get one,to see if DD can attack DS try out the 'concept'

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 22:06

ASWELLAS is this the double you were looking for?? but you could only find in france or summit?

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 22:07

oh no,sorry i dont think it isSad

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 22:08

Hmm it is similar but I suspect the +one has more room / space plus a bigger footrest. Worth a punt at that price though.
I have just come across Baby Elegance Beep and Beep Beep Twin. Apart from the twin being wide, they are very light, with air tyres but yet parent and outward face, any comments? Sorry, if I try and link I will lose this post.

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 22:10

That looks more sturdy than the one Aswellas likes. I saw a lovely tandem the other day with a chrome chassis but I can't for the life of me work out what it was. I only got a brief glimpse but it looked more sturdy than the one Aswellas wants and this one. It must have been retro..that I know!

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 22:21

beepbeep twin

FriggFRIGG · 01/08/2011 22:22

very wide isnt it!!

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 22:35

Yes - it reminds me of the First Wheels City Twin. I wish I could see it without the footmuffs on though!

aswellasyou · 01/08/2011 22:45

This is the one I've been looking for. I don't think they are unsturdy-at least I haven't seen anything suggesting that in reviews.

OP posts:
aswellasyou · 01/08/2011 22:48

Tiggy, does it show it without the footmuff here? I've got to 2:21 and it won't play anymore.Hmm

OP posts:
Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 23:33

I didn't mean unsturdy but isn't the club twin the one we said looked like pick up sticks? Or am I all confuseled??
Thanks Frigg..I am looking now. Strangely someone else has posted about this after me!

Tiggywunkle · 01/08/2011 23:36

The Beep is a bit like a Buzz isn't it? Fixed footrest though...
But the Beep Beep is a different design with a separate footrest.
