February 2027 Rainbow Babies 🌈 Pregnancy After Loss

Hi everyone 🤍

I wanted to start a little thread for anyone due around February 2027 with a rainbow baby 🍼

I've recently found out I'm pregnant again, very early, so everything feels quite delicate at the moment. I'm happy, but also incredibly anxious after experiencing a missed miscarriage and a miscarriage, both this year, and I know there may be other women feeling exactly the same way.

I thought it might be nice to have a space where we can chat, share updates, celebrate the little milestones, and support each other through the worries that often come with pregnancy after loss.

Sending love to anyone on this journey 🤍🌈

So how is everyone doing? I’ve found a local private scan place which is great to just check in and see baby. I’m starting to feel less worried and beginning to let myself enjoy being pregnant. Still feels surreal to say that! Emotional is the one of the week. Hope everyone else is doing well.

How far along are you now @Lillylight? Glad you're starting to enjoy things.

I'm finding it tough atm, 14+2 today and the next few weeks will be stressful given our 17+3 week loss. Consultant is great and counting down to 16w scan which I'm hoping will make me feel a bit better.

Hi everyone, great to see you all doing well! We had a scan today & were having another girl. Were absolutely thrilled. I’m 17 weeks +2 now and my anxiety is still quite bad. Ive got a midwife appointment tomorrow so will be asking for a referral to mental health.

I’m 18w2d. I understand. I do think the scans do help give that level of reassurance. We have had one private scan too just to get that reassurance that everything is alright. I’m sure as the weeks go on you will start to enjoy things. It’s a journey isn’t it!?
