Just looking to see if anyone is like me and just found out they are pregnant and due early October? Would be good to make a thread and chat with each other x

I started spotting today, quite lightly so far it’s only there when I wipe. Also needing urgent wees. Have horrible cramps not sure if it’s partly wind or if it’s my period coming. I’m 4 weeks 4 days, took a test tonight and it’s still a strong positive straight away. But I’ve cried all day as I’m thinking it’s going to be a loss 😔

natkat10 · 25/02/2026 22:51

Hello! Just found out yesterday, expecting 3rd. EST DD: 31st October. This is baby 3, with 2x daughters who will be 7&5. I’m tired already 😂

Blondepeach · 26/02/2026 16:32

Hi all ☺️ 6 weeks + 6 today (found out at 9dpo) so my EDD is the 16th October.

Had an early scan at 6 weeks to confirm not ectopic, as I had one last year which was treated with methotrexate. I am actually having another scan at around 8/9 weeks as the recurrent miscarriage clinic would like me to, so glad I’ve got that.

Been having some on and off light stabbing pains in my ovary area today, nothing too bad but obviously always start overthinking. Hoping it’s just things stretching 🤞🏼 anybody having similar?

Hey,

I’m 7+3 today, had an early scan also last week due to previous history of miscarriages. I recall maybe over the weekend some sharp stabbing pains a few times, nothing that lasted a long time but definitely noticeable.

I put it down to the same reason as you

Blondepeach · 26/02/2026 21:32

@Havanalily1806 thats reassuring, thank you! They’ve stopped now 😊

Hi everyone 😊congratulations to all just found out today we are expecting #3 currently have two girls who are 7 & 5 ❤️ we have been ttc for the past 2 years so got a huge shock earlier when test was positive. EST due date 29th of October.

mummaof2babas · 27/02/2026 15:21

Hi All 🤗I tested positive on the 9th Feb at ~11DPO, 7 weeks exactly today with an estimated due date of the 17th October - eeeek!
This will be baby #3 and our final baby so want to try and enjoy it as much as I can! Though my previous pregnancies were both tough so I'm not holding out much hope! My due date is 5 days before DC1's birthday so it will be an eventful time! 😂
We haven't told any of our family or friends yet, so finding this group will hopefully help me not scream it from the rooftops and ruin the surprise before 12 weeks! 😂

Hello ! How are you feeling? I got the shock of my life seeing the two lines appear! I can’t wait to tell the girls,

Ahhh, I know what you mean. My first symptom was anger and then hot flushes, and I just thought it was peri menopause as I’ve had a couple of symptoms that I was tracking. But then my period was late, and I thought I’ll do a test just in case ….. hahaha and here we are.

You know, I’m actually feeling good, apart from tiredness (but that’s not new 😂) xx

Hey all. Spiralling a bit today as I am 7+2 and I’ve noticed that my insanely sore boobs have really dialled down - they are usually the worst in the mornings but I barely noticed it this morning. I know it can be normal for symptoms to fluctuate but my mind just goes to the worst outcome 😫

Hey! I feel the same currently…I’m 6+5 today and for the past week my symptoms have pretty much disappeared. After speaking with some lovely ladies on here they said that it’s nothing to be concerned about, apparently it’s pretty common and then symptoms come back later on with a vengeance lol! Bring on week 9 👀

Is anyone else really struggling to drink anything? I know I’m not drinking anywhere near enough fluid but the thought of drinking anything makes me feel so sick. Nothing I try I can stomach 🤮

Have you tried ginger beer or ginger tea?

Hi. Currently 5+3 with our second. Tentatively joining.

I remember this from my first. Bought one of those bottles with the times of day on and just tried to get through that. Found it a bit easier to get it down if I was focusing on just a little bit, rather than a glass full.

Queencosy · 04/03/2026 16:28

Heyy all! ☺️Just wanted to say to those who are finding symptoms come and go, I’ve had two scares where I stopped feeling so sick for a couple of days and my boobs felt smaller and less sore and I panicked but they returned a couple of days later and I had a scan yesterday, I’m now 9 weeks 3 days and all looking good! So try not to panic. Sickness is peaking though and tiredness is next level, can’t wait to hopefully feel more alive in a few weeks like everyone is promising me!!

DutchessVonTootles · 05/03/2026 10:22

Thought I'd give an update since my last post was about bleeding.

I've had two scans now and baby is strong with a heartbeat. I'm still passing clots and spotting from a hematoma but it's nowhere near baby so not too concerning.

Reading about other people who previously had hematomas and bled with clots but had healthy pregnancies has really helped me not panic.

ali2021 · 06/03/2026 20:34

Hi everyone, hope it's ok to join you. I am 7w2d, EDD 21st October. I had my first scan yesterday and thankfully all was well with a good strong heartbeat. This was our third frozen embryo transfer after the first two were unsiccessful. I also fell pregnant naturally in October but sadly had a missed miscarriage, so this pregnancy is naturally riddled with anxiety! But odds are looking good now thankfully after transferring a euploid embryo. Onwards and upwards.

@Queencosy this is reassuring! I’m 8 wks + 1 and this week my boob soreness keeps coming and going. I have a scan on Monday so fingers crossed it’s all ok 🤞🏼

Queencosy · 07/03/2026 21:44

@Blondepeach good luck! I’m sure you will be fine, coming and going is all good it’s when they go and don’t come back it’s more worrying. Hope it all goes well ☺️

Evening all 💕 currently laying in bed feeling sorry for myself during a family party (my DP’s mum’s 60th sadly) as the nausea seems to really hit in the evenings.

Random question, how is everyone getting on with working whilst feeling sicky and tired? I completely appreciate some of you will have ‘in person’ jobs where WFH is not possible and I seriously respect those who are in the position as you must be super women! I personally have an office job so I am considering asking for some flexibility as I have a nearly 2 hour commute into London a few days a week. I have been off work on annual leave this week as was away in Devon, so it’s been lovely to not have to think about work and stop for the odd nap during the day with no guilt. Is it common for workplaces to allow WFH during early and late pregnancy where possible? I don’t want to take the piss but at the same time my job can 100% be done from home. Just wondering what everyone else is perhaps doing/not doing!

I’m so sorry, how are you feeling today?

Thanks so much 💖
it’s been a really tough two weeks since the spotting and my 4 year old being in and out of hospital!
I had an early scan and just a sac was seen last Sunday at 5 weeks 2 days. but HCG was 18,000
I’m 6 weeks 2 days today and got an NHS rescan, she saw a heartbeat immediately, even on the external scan. Everything is measuring well and they don’t need to see me again. I haven’t spotted anymore since the very light spotting a couple weeks back and the cramps have settled down to a more normal amount. Fingers crossed

I feel sooooo sick and tired though!!
