Thanks - I'm 11.5 weeks - dating scan Wednesday! Yes, I did think it might just make me even more paranoid (if such a thing is possible).

Not long till your scan then DBNO . Can you hire them or borrow one, then if you find you are getting on with it, then you can get your own. I think the temptation for me would be to use it all the time....even moore of a distraction from the housework than MN

I know others on here have used them though so hopefully some positive words on using them soon!

Hi I am new to this thread but have been lurking - first of all congrats to justjules even tho you don't know me, you pop up all the time full of advice and support! This is a lovely thread, I am so glad my paranoia is normal...missed mc in April, now 10 and half weeks with 9 and half week positive scan under my belt but still scared it is gone again for no reason other than I know its poss. Sugr, I am so sorry for your loss, what an awful time you have had - sending hugs and as you say hope you will be back soon with good news.

4 very very long weeks

ILTS, I've been contracting for a week now. Had to be checked yesterday because of pressure and pain. There's a good chance I'll be next to pop. Sorry. Just keeping fingers (and legs) crossed here that the LO stays put for another week (only 35+1 today).

i've been having alot of pain and pressure also which is strange as i have never had a BH before!

I was checked on wednesday and she is head down but not engaged as yet, fingers crossed she will be a week on wednesday when MW brings me out my homebirth kit.

Was DD very early? DD1 was 3 days early, DD2 was EDD and DS was 5 days early.

Wouldnt like to have her for 3 weeks at least though.....

Cricri, bunny, trying, daisy hello! Am ok thank you. Going to wait at least until sept til we try again, have now got to an odd in between time where I know I'm not ready yet, but I'm bored of waiting. If that makes sense! Have just been out and bought a pack of 12 durex () so now we definitely have no excuse for having an 'accident'!

Really hope to see at least some of you back here soon, and I hope that the rest of you who have graduated by then will keep looking in on us!
