I got a line on an easy @ home this morning at 11dpo. Third pregnancy this year though so I'm hoping this one works out!

MrsF111 · 26/09/2025 17:48

Very tentatively joining, got a v faint line today at 10dpo, this will be baby 2, I’ve had 2 chemicals this time around so hoping it’s 3rd time lucky!

I'm the same, 11dpo today but had a loss this year but trying to stay positive and I'm very excited.
Congratulations everyone

Pololol · 27/09/2025 09:56

Joining tentatively after a very faint positive last night and again this morning!
This would be baby no.2, first baby is one next week!
Any early symptoms yet?

luhby · 03/10/2025 16:28

Hi everyone! Also, just got my positive, this will be my first. Hopefully, my due date will be the 16th of June.
Interesting to see how many of us have had previous losses. In the span of a year, I had one chemical and the last one in May, I had a missed msc. So I'm just praying that this time it will stick.

Fluck · 03/10/2025 18:06

I’m also due est 12th June. However my test was quite light so I’m now googling ‘faint pregnancy tests’ 🤣 I’ll see how it is tomorrow. I’ve also got zero symptoms, not even spotty skin which is my usual first sign!

I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks last year (would have been due June 2025!) and pretty sure I had a chemical last month, although I didn’t test. I think if this one doesn’t stick that will be it - feel I’m potentially pushing my luck anyway this would be baby #4.

Really sorry to hear about your previous losses, hopefully this one sticks for us all xx

ManifestSunshine · 03/10/2025 18:17

Hi, I'm due 11th June! Somehow failed to spot this thread before starting another - sorry about that!

I'm also pretty anxious following previous losses but I've also had 2 live births so there's that!

OneKookyPinkShaker · 03/10/2025 19:14

I'm 14dpo and been testing positive since 9dpo. I had some bleeding which I thought was a chemical but I think it was implantation bleeding as positives have continued to get stronger

SummerLover89 · 03/10/2025 19:20

Congratulations newbies! And sorry to hear of more losses. Trying to stay hopeful and positive myself but it is difficult at times, and trying to keep distracted. Out of interest, is anyone trying doing anything differently this time? Even though it's often, nothing could have been done, just bad luck 🤷‍♀️

ManifestSunshine · 03/10/2025 19:45

I'm on injectable progesterone this time as my levels tested fairly low (my fertility clinic tested them the day before embryo transfer). I'd never had them tested before and wonder if this might have been a factor in previous losses.

Katie2908 · 04/10/2025 16:53

I'm due june 13th 2026! It's my first pregnancy with no losses. Im really nervous as I am so worried about MC or chemical. I also have been having so many cramps on off and pressure down below but read its just changes! Joining this very tentatively incase anything happens x

Fluck · 04/10/2025 20:55

My test today was slightly darker but still not a line stealer. So now I’m panicking it’s not getting dark enough. Last year they were faint but I put it down to the tests being out of date (they did get darker and then I started bleeding). Feeling very triggered as it’s the exact same month 1 year later!

@Katie2908 try not to worry. I had 3 pregnancies no miscarriages before my first miscarriage. It’s daunting though these early weeks. I keep trying to tell myself ‘I am pregnant today’ even though tbh I don’t feel pregnant at all yet. Maybe I’ll let myself feel it when I see a heartbeat.

is anyone planning an early scan? I think ill go for 8 weeks (if I’m still pregnant then - see with the negatives straight away!!)

ManifestSunshine · 04/10/2025 22:11

Congratulations to all on recent BFPs.

Fingers crossed it's a sticky one @Fluck and the tests are just a bit shit. I panicked yesterday because my one step tests have got lighter then realised I opened a new pack and it might be because this is just a really faint batch. So I did another FRER this morning (another £4 down the toilet) and it looked about how I'd expect so feeling much better about things. I don't know why I do this to myself except I feel just as bad if not worse when I'm not peeing on all the sticks so I might as well embrace the crazy. I've googled so many test progression images and did find quite a few that weren't dye stealers at this point but went on to be healthy pregnancies. I wish I could go back to my first pregnancy where I naively took a test, believed the positive result and stopped testing but I can't.

Re: dates, my daughter was born 364 days exactly after surgical management of my last miscarriage, it was weird being in hospital again almost exactly 1 year later for a much different reason. I hope your current pregnancy also has a very different outcome to the one you lost last year.

As this is an IVF pregnancy I will be having an early scan, but even if it wasn't provided by the clinic I'd be getting one as I do have quite a bit of anxiety. I should get the scan date on Monday.

I've already applied for a nursery place for my hopefully June baby and preschool places for my 2 year old based on these pregnancy dates, it feels far too soon but things book up years ahead around here so need to apply asap to maximise the chance of getting what I want. I just hate the thought of having to cancel everything if things go badly.

luhby · 04/10/2025 23:50

I'll definitely have an early scan,by 7 or 8 week, if it sticks until there. I much prefer to know the viability at this first trimester mid point stage.

I've been having some symptoms, like waking up at 4am to pee every day, mild cramps and mild breast tenderness. But it's still very early usually things get worse by the 6th week.

OneKookyPinkShaker · 05/10/2025 05:15

I had an early scan with my son at 10 weeks as my NHS trust doesn't do first scans until 14 weeks so I might do similar as it's such a long time to wait and no everything is okay

Katie2908 · 05/10/2025 06:17

@Fluck thank you for your kind words, fingers crossed! I am more excited than anything as each day passes.

I am planning an early scan end of October as should be 7-8 weeks then! Im nervous but excited to hear heartbeat 😊

Summerlilly · 05/10/2025 06:57

Got an out of the blue postive a couple of days ago, I’m due June 3rd.

I was told I wouldn’t be able to have another baby naturally and my only chance would be IVF.
So I had resided myself that we would be one and done and I was grateful to have the most wonderful little girl.

The absolute shock I was in when that test came positive.
We had a miscarriage a few months ago, so I’m hoping this little one makes it.

Pregnantera · 05/10/2025 07:01

I’m due on 5 June, I am a first time Mum so quite excited/nervous about all of this. I’m suffering quite badly with sickness, I have sore breasts and nothing I wear feels comfortable on them. Also getting anxious/tearful at different things and some cramping which sets my nerves off.

CremeEggsForBreakfast · 05/10/2025 07:58

I am due 5th June too!

I'm tired but that could just be that I have a two year old who has never slept through the night ever.

I'm also desperate to poo, like, all the time. I think instead of morning sickness I have "morning diarrhoea"! I didn't have a single symptom at all with my first so this already feels like a very different experience.

Pregnantera · 05/10/2025 08:28

@CremeEggsForBreakfast I am so prepared to trade in the morning sickness for morning diahorrea! 😂 What I like one day makes me sick the next so it’s hard to find anything I can eat. I was not prepared for this!

luhby · 05/10/2025 08:41

@CremeEggsForBreakfast 😂Do you usually drink coffee in the morning? When I'm pregnant, when I drink it, this happens. So no coffee for me 🥲

CremeEggsForBreakfast · 05/10/2025 08:53

Nope! I don't like coffee and have never drunk it.

I used to have mild IBS but it completely vanished after I had DS. This feels like it's back with a vengeance.

(Obviously, I could also potentially have some kind of bug but I otherwise feel completely fine....)

Katie2908 · 05/10/2025 11:30

Can I ask, when do you go GP and stuff for bloods? I did the online referral but I was severely iron deficient before being pregnant so worrying about it impacting. I have repeat bloods in 4 weeks which would make me 8-9 weeks? Should I just wait

My symptoms is im starving all the time! Like starving. But nothing i fancy. I have cramps and sore breasts too and im quite bloated.

Pregnantera · 05/10/2025 13:20

@Katie2908 I’m not sure, I take medication for an under active thyroid and I was expecting to have to re-test my levels but so far nothing. I’m due to see the midwife in 2 weeks time but it’s a long time away if something in my body isn’t working as it should. It makes me nervous.
