@GinnygiDS pregnancy was great this one not so much DH is being a lot more proactive helping get DS ready for nursery, letting me nap/sleep, doing the dishes, putting washing on etc. he usually gets away with not doing a lot as i only work part time. I was trying to do it all but our flat gets cluttered quickly- im constantly cleaning/tidying to maintain it and i dont think he got that- now i have no energy so think he realised if he doesnt want to live in a dumpsite hes got to pick up..other than that hes always trying to reassure me and give me hugs and right now is convincing me to go for no.3 after this 😂😂😂 no thank you...

Scan day for me! Little bit nervous, got no reason to think it won’t be fine but just got a little niggle in the back of my mind
Can’t wait to see my 8 year old to share our news with her

@TheFutureIsthat’s lovely. Hope all goes well and your 8 year old is super excited. I’m not telling mine until after our 12 week scan. Although I’ll be 13 weeks then

Got a Letter through today for my 12 and 20 week scan already! I’m 6 weeks tomorrow so this feels very organised. This will be DC3 and I never really had sickness in my last 2 pregnancies but feeling so sick this time around. The summer holidays and sickness is proving difficult 😅

I'm 6 weeks today, but still not feeling very pregnant. Got slightly sore boobs and am tired. Have booked a scan at for 8+1. Very nervous after our previous 8 weeks scan was not positive and I also have way less symptoms than last time.

DH is struggling with how much I'm worrying but I can't help it. I'm going to try and get into a more positive mindset otherwise these next 2 weeks are going to drag!

I'm spiralling. This morning my DD belly flopped onto my stomach (it was an accident, she doesn't know about the baby yet) and now I've got quite strong tummy pain. No bleeding but extra discharge which logically could just be a coincidence. Have filled in the referral form for EPU and should hear from them by 2.30. Don't know how I'm going to keep distracted until then. Thinking the worst.

They are very well protected in there, especially in these early days. Completely understand why you’d worry though

I am counting down the hours until my scan tomorrow. Pregnancy after losses is a really hard lonely time. I am happy so many of you are having good news and really hoping I do too.
My symptoms have still not come back, been 3 days now.

My husband is just not a nice person to me. He isn't. He's causing me a massive stress again today and I'm really worried about this pregnancy.

He's getting angry for me for anything and everything right now. His excuses are that he's tired trying to give me a break. Can never cope when I'm tired in the early pregnancy because having to take care of me and do things for me makes him unhappy.

I’m so sorry to hear that @Ginnygi thats really not fair of him! You’re growing a whole human, of course you’re knackered! Hope he steps up and does the right thing

What was he like before you were pregnant?

I don't even know what he was like to be honest. At this point, I just don't know the person I'm married to. Feeling so extremely emotional.

I’m sorry @Ginnygi😞 mine’s similar - not angry thankfully, but not helpful, and despite this being our third he still doesn’t get that the early stages are so tiring, despite me telling him and telling him to google it each time. He’s been “so tired” and had “such a tough week at work” this week. It’s been a struggle not to use his toothbrush to clean the toilet frankly

Just seen your update @Ginnygi- that’s so hard. Is he aware of how you’re feeling? Do you think it would make a difference? Sending hugs x

He's been doing lots at home but is definitely feeling like a martyr for it I think..

I'm just really really anxious. Second day of me feeling a bit 'different' and I'm so worried for all to be well. Two weeks until next scan. These early weeks just aren't easy.
Not going to lie, envious of people who get pregnant in the first or second month and all goes so well they don't even worry about stuff. Then they go for a #2 and it all goes easily again.
I know of multiple people that always conceived on 1st or 2nd try and had zero losses.

DH just told me his mum asked if I was pregnant because I sleep all the time 😭🤣
And I thought I was being so sly....

He said no so his parents will probably just think I'm super lazy 🤣 he's encouraging me to tell his mum but it's too early. It also reminds me of the first pregnancy where I told early but it's ended.

EPU have rung, got a scan in a hour 🙏🏼

Sorry for your loss 😔 💔 I lost my baby at 19 weeks in 2023, I know it's silly but I'm sure you're the same and question everything! But I'm worried about taking the Aspirin this time. Last time they prescribed it because it was a more than 10 yr gap since my last baby and I was more at risk of pre eclampsia. So I started taking it at 12 weeks, then everything started going wrong at 16 weeks (bleeding, then waters going) it's probably not linked at all and I'm just being overly paranoid! When did you start taking it in your last pregnancy if you don't mind me asking? It's so hard right know what to do for the best 😞

I found out 2.5 weeks ago, 2nd cycle TTC so it was a shock.

Just been diagnosed with HG so signed off for the next 2 weeks. Miserable at best!

Looking forward to midwife appointment in just over a week but debating an early scan. I’m around 7/8 weeks so unsure when to book it for!

@Ginnygi thankyou ❤️ it's so hard being pregnant after loss, I was so carefree last time and just worry about every single thing now 😞
