I have just found out I am expecting baby number 2 and my due date is 1st May.

Has anyone else found out they are expecting and looking for some company?

Thanks, yeah I think I’ll call them as there’s nothing on my NHS app and I’ve not had a letter. I’ll give it a few days and then ring my GP. I’m just a bit anxious due to previous complications so maybe I’m being a bit impatient!

Th tiredness is unreal this time. I've told my boss who was very supportive. I do some volunteering so I'll have to tell the volunteer manager there soon as well.

I cannot wait to tell my two children but will be waiting until that twelve week scan. I know them well enough to know that the cat would be out of the bag if we told them.

Slowly getting my head around the changes that will need to happen at home. My husband is ready to start renovating as soon as he comes back from his business trip.

It looks like quite a lot of us who found out recently would like to join the Facebook group but I haven't seen a link. Is it worth setting up a private group for those of us due in late May?

I am utterly exhausted. I've actually called in sick today and spent the day so far in bed. I'm supposed to be going into the office tomorrow for a team strategy day and I don't know how I'm going to manage. My head feels like it's stuffed with cotton wool. I just don't feel normal.

Still no letters or appointments on the app from midwives, it's been 2 weeks since I referred myself to maternity.

I hear you. I am only five weeks today (EDD 21/05) but really feeling it. Look after yourself xx

Hi ladies, I'd love to join this thread (and the Facebook group if that happens?). I got a BFP (although very faint) at 10DPO, and confirmed on a digital on 11dpo. I did another test this morning from another brand and it still looks pretty faint so I'm a little worried, but for now I'm going to trust the digital. Anyone else been freaked out by faint tests? I'm 12dpo and NC predicted AF due tomorrow...

Hi everyone. Found out I was pregnant on the 7th, I'm currently 4w+5d. Feeling anxious due to having a blighted ovum MC in June but feeling positive for this pregnancy. Just taking each day as it comes. I also have a 4 year old girl.

Some symptoms so far - sore boobs, lots of discharge, a bit of nausea and lots of burping lol

Ahhh congrats!! Same as you, I'm 4w2d but when I get to around 6 I think I'll believe it more. Congrats!

I think it's cos first week or two just feels like period about to arrive any minute as same symptoms?! I remember from DC1 couple years ago thinking it was about to start any minute even tho I had 3 BFPs in front of me 😅🙈

YES!! omg this 1000%. I keep having on and off mild cramping like when AF is about to come, then nothing. I've had the tiniest amount of spotting the last few days, but so tiny I know it's nothing to worry about.

My tests have been very light this time which has worried me, but I've also got 2 positive digitals, so I'm just gonna roll with it for now.

Hi everyone I've not posted on here yet but have been on the Facebook group for a little while! I'm 5 weeks today (due 20 May).

I've been having nausea on and off for the last week but my god, the biggest symptom so far is the fatigue! I have a 16 month old that I'm still breastfeeding (only twice a day) so I feel like I'm knackered at the end of each day. I don't remember being this tired last time!

Does anyone have any experience of breastfeeding while pregnant? I'm wanting to wean before baby arrives (all being well!) as I have no interest in tandem feeding! But I have overwhelming guilt at the prospect of removing milk from my DD as she asks for it and gets very upset if I don't provide. I'm hoping my supply will diminish and she'll naturally lose interest!

@narns yes I breastfed the entire way through pregnancy with my second and did go on to tandem feed. I’m still feeling my 2nd just now at 6/7 weeks but plan to stop soon. It went really well last time but I’m needing to give myself a bit of slack! I’m not totally convinced it didn’t make my HG worse but that could just have been me looking for any reason why I was so sick 🤢🙈 I’d say my milk reduced pretty quickly into pregnancy which I felt just awful about so kept going but it might have been an easier time to stop to be honest had I wanted to so hopefully that works out well for you.

@narns Hey I’m in the same boat as you! 17 months old still breastfeeding twice a day (and co-sleeping). Feeding has slowly becoming more uncomfortable and my nips have been feeling sore. Hoping my supply would slowly stop before new baby because DD just loves boobies too much 😂

On another note, I’ve got my booking appointment and 12 week scan booked! Feeling a bit more real now haha

Oh god I didn't know it reduced in pregnancy - is this why he's suddenly beating me to try and get more milk out?

I also have a 16 month old who loves booby milk and I feel awful.

Good evening, I found out I was pregnant a couple weeks ago, have taken 14 tests since 😝 due May 17th (I think). Is there a group I can sign up to to interact with other soon to be mums? It's my first and I have no idea how to go about this all 😅x

Is anyone else having like an aching/heavy cervix feeling? It’s not exactly painful, just uncomfortable? Almost feels like pressure on it. I honestly don’t remember what I experience in the 4-6 week window last time as I only tracked my symptoms once they arrived bang on 6 weeks!

im taking it as a good sign things are happening though 😂
