@HRP1990 the sizes are 4 smaller than UK but I'd say no more than a size up IMO They have so much give!
So a UK 12 is US 8 in Lulu etc
UK 10 is US 6 you get my drift

They also do shorter 25 inch leg I think! Xx

And I agree the all day used to slip down when I bent over as it was let alone with growing belly 😜

25 lol Omg I’m not that short 😂 however the Sweaty Betty 7/8s are full length on me haha.

Okay cool I might try my luck with one size bigger then if they’ve definitely got stretch in them 🙏🏻

LSW82 · 12/03/2024 22:03

I had the Loveall leggings in my last pregnancy & really liked them, bought some non pregnancy ones too after. My normal Lulu lemon ones fitted me right through my pregnancy as they were so stretchy!
ive got my scan tomorrow afternoon - scanxiety is reall!!!

Then 28" for 5 foot 5 and up 😂

But I automatically get the lanky ones so not sure how they will fit defo check reviews

Fingers crossed you get lucky on vinted x

longingtobe23 · 12/03/2024 22:07

@LSW82 good luck tomorrow!!! I have one Friday and I won't be sleeping I just know 😅 hope it's bright and early

LSW82 · 12/03/2024 22:17

@longingtobe23 good luck to you too. Mine isn’t until 2:15 so will be an anxious morning, but I’m sure my wee boy will keep me occupied! 😂

Decaffe · 13/03/2024 05:51

I’ve been awake since 3:30 🚽… again!

So frustrated as I really wanted to have a productive day at work today, given that for the first time in the past twelve weeks my anxiety has lifted. But I am barely going to be able to function 😔

Is there anything I can do to stop the night waking? I already reduce my liquids in the evening, I go to the loo just before bed… it’s really getting to me because I’m one of those people who have never been able to go back to sleep once woken up.

3:30!! 😩

Ladies leggings that are not see through, fit like normal leggings ( I can’t bare baggy leggings)

Kofifi · 13/03/2024 06:44

@Decaffe i don't have advice but just wanted to commiserate. Its every morning at 4 am for me! I want just once to sleep through the night.

SC126 · 13/03/2024 07:28

@Decaffe it makes me feel better to tell myself the waking are the bodies way of getting you used to life with a child. And I say child and not baby because my 5 year old DS woke me up last night 🤣

HolyMoly24 · 13/03/2024 07:34

Oh god I the most awful nightmare that I went to pick my 4 year old DD from school but they said she had already left with someone. So I was frantically calling the police and trying to find her etc. literally woke up shaky with sky high anxiety!

Good luck to those with scans today and those that already had theirs this week ❤️ I'm 12 weeks today and mine on Friday

Whilst we’re on the legging chat.. has anyone been wearing maternity gym leggings they love? Assuming they’ll be different material than day to day ones. My usual are digging in now and I think I need to succumb to the maternity side..

I bought these off of Vinted, they’re from Matalan, they’re brilliant

Oh gosh no sorry, I just used the photo on the ad! 🤣 sorry I should’ve confirmed this haha. I don’t have any photos of myself in them yet but they’re soooo comfy

Khanga27 · 13/03/2024 08:15

Hey haven’t posted for a while. Based on my NHS scan I’m 15+6. Does anyone else at similar stage still have nausea on-off? Thankfully not as bad as first trimester but I naively hoped based on what friends had said about their pregnancies that it would be gone completely?

MudandMoet · 13/03/2024 08:18

Congrats on all the recent scans 💚 looking forward to seeing yours later @LSW82 good luck!

@Decaffe I could have written your exact post. Been weeks and weeks now and I just want some decent sleep! I am only waking once for a wee now but can't chuffin sleep at all.

MudandMoet · 13/03/2024 08:20

@Khanga27 I'm 15+6 today I think too, are you due 28th August? Also that funny nausea feeling is back for me in fits and starts, definitely did think it would have gone by now.

Lillers · 13/03/2024 08:25

Aaah horrible night’s sleep last night.

  1. Could not get to sleep until eventually I got up at 2.30am, threw up for a bit and then I could get to sleep 😭
  2. Once I was asleep I dreamt that I went for my scan and passed out at the beginning, then when I came round it was over and dh had said no to photos, so I missed my own scan 😂

I feel shocking this morning. Got my private scan at 5pm this evening - booked it late so that dh can just dip out of work early to meet me for it rather than having to take a whole morning/afternoon off.

Oh that’s hilarious 😂 well the lady had a cute bump in the photo haha

HRP1990 · 13/03/2024 08:50

@Lillers good luck for your scan later! Have you had scans at all up until this one? Great will power if so!

Lillers · 13/03/2024 08:59

@HRP1990 This is the first one - tbh I wouldn’t have booked it if I had any idea when my NHS one is! I even said to dh that if I got a date through for my NHS one in the last few days, I’d have cancelled this one, but they’re still being pr**ks about it so this one is going ahead!
