@Bb542 I'm so sorry to hear you are experiencing a loss - take care of yourself. There is an amazing miscarriage support thread in the pregnancy loss forum if you feel it would be helpful, it was a massive lifeline for me when I lost my first pregnancy a few months ago.
@summerbubs We haven't DTD for a little while - partly because I'm really paranoid about anything that might trigger bleeding (I know sex is safe in pregnancy but if I see even a hint of blood I am going to freak out and panic), and also because I'm normally exhausted by 10pm at the moment and need to go to sleep!
Oh no @tryingforbaba! Maybe that's a sign you need an extra wee before bed? That's what I've always assumed those sorts of dreams mean - and maybe even more so when you're pregnant and need to pee more generally. I'm getting to sleep fine at the moment because I'm really tired at night, but then waking up earlier than I need to which is so annoying!
@Creamandhoney @NewtothisFBK4921 Welcome and congratulations! Congratulations to you too @ChyLL - try not to worry too much about the weeks indicator, it's not an exact science and is just a range. It's a nice reassuring thing to see it progress but if it doesn't then it doesn't automatically mean something is wrong.
@JLT24 Do you have a booking appointment with a midwife coming up? You could discuss your calorie intake there - you're right that the recommendation is to increase intake in the third trimester but 1400 is way below the recommended calorie intake for an adult female anyway (even if you increased by 200 you would still be below the recommended amount!) so you might need to eat more. I'm finding I can't go as long as usual without getting hungry so am trying to make sure I've got small snacks available to keep me going between bigger meals, and eating helps stave off nausea as well.
I've just realised that this thread is nearly full and we're going to need another one soon! @tryingforbaba do you want to do the honours?
