I couldn’t see a part 2?? So I’ve created one. Hope its not a duplicate 🥲😂

Had A scan done today. This was a transvaginal. Little shrimp is on course, doctor said measures about 1-2 days behind in size but said that little one has very strong heartbeat. So shouldn’t worry about the 1mm difference.At first I felt beaten up by the “ size behind” but the doctor said to not take it too seriously as the size is approximate anyway and it’s normal regardless, said it doesn’t matter that much.
and on Saturday I had a crisis because of lack of symptoms…dont really have any today either apart from sore boobs and mood swings, I feel quite agitated. God angry with my partner already 5 times today and it’s not even 4pm.

I’ve booked a scan for when I’m 8 weeks.. hoping I can wait that long! I’ve had a new, unwelcomed symptom today.. dizziness. Not ideal when I’m in charge of a toddler on my own all day! 😵‍💫

@HRP1990 I had dizziness last week aswell, that was I think 6 weeks and 4 days in. But it was on for just a brief moment and hasn’t returned since.

Really struggling with feeling sick and tiredness atm anyone got any tips for the constant sicky feeling?

PSA - I’d just like to say to everyone here that has kids already - so much respect to you right now, whilst dealing with nausea, fatigue and other first trimester symptoms etc. I can barely look after myself right now, never mind another wee one. My house is a tip and I haven’t cooked properly in weeks. Big 👏🏻 👏🏻 to you ladies! X

@MrsM89 Small meals often, salty, beige in variety. Everyone is different - but this is helping me right now. I have a big stock of small bags of hoola hoops and mini cheddars x

@Xur yayyyy congratulations!! I know it's easier said than done ( I've been there!) but with my first I was adamant my dates were right, went for an early scan at 7/8 weeks and I was devastated as they said I was more like 5/6 weeks and they couldn't see heartbeat or anything, I was convinced it meant the worst. I went back for a rescan two weeks later and could see a wiggly little baby on the screen with a heartbeat! She's now almost 3! So I'd take today as a huge positive 🥰 congrats mumma!!

@Xur That’s so funny as I’m 6+4 today aswell lol. I generally have low blood pressure anyway so I’m assuming it’s something to do with that. Hopefully it doesn’t return though, like yours.

@MudandMoet whilst I’m not craving maccy’s today.. I have a thing for ramen lol. So I’m making a gyoza miso soup thing for dinner 🤌🏻

I’ve discovered carbonated water with taste of apple. It’s light in taste, refreshing and the apple is a bit sour.
Try that, for me it helped, I was just dragging one with me at all times and when I felt a wave coming on I just had a sip and it relieved the bad sensation.
Maybe if apple water doesn’t do it for you try the lemon one, that should be even sourer. For me anything sour helps with the nausea.

So travel sickness is now added to my list of symptoms!
I know I should see them as all positives but with the insomnia just turning into not sleeping more than 4 hours everything makes me want to cry!

I have just managed to host a three hour training session without throwing up on new employees 🤣 so that’s my win for the day!

I love I how yesterday many ladies mentioned their beige salty diet recently. I felt relieved I had not craved fries and then today after the scan, what did I do?
Went straight to a place that serves Belgian loaded fries and in general any fries of any sorts and had a whole box full of fries and mozarella sticks 😂
I ate my box and then I also finished my partners box😂🍟🍟🍟🍟
I also discovered a new craving-banana flavoured milk. I’ve downed a bottle in minutes and feel like I can do with another one.

Anyone found a miracle cure for being normal person sick whilst also being pregnant. Woke up with a heavy cold and sore swollen throat this morning. Didn't realise we aren't even allowed to take strepsils whilst pregnant 😭

@rupertbear91 Aren’t we? I was knocking a few Strepsils back at 4/5 weeks 😐

I put one in my mouth and my pregnant colleague told me to spit it out you can't have them pregnant so i checked the insert from the box and it said no .... maybe it's just the triple action type? Also read my cold and flu tablets and they said no too 🙄

Also, bath salts! I bought a lovely smelling pack of bath salts, went to pour literally half the bag in and it says not to use if pregnant 🥹 no idea why, perhaps it’s widely known. But I was so sad lol

@Xur congrats!! I’ve also been having mood swings and easily agitated 🙈 was in a foul mood Saturday with my partner for no reason at all really 😆

Also apologies in advance haha TMI but struggling with constipation 😳 I’ve tried eating all sorts to help but no luck, any tips?! 😩
