@hol92 Yeah I was insanely hungry around 5 weeks, to the point I was worried people at work might have twigged because I was eating SO much! Only lasted about a week though

@hol92 yep. I just constantly want to be snacking on something andnim waking in the middle of the night with hunger pangs!

Anyone got there booking appointment? I’ve got mine on Tuesday and I’ll only be 5 weeks. It seems really early? Also, is anyone else experienced any sharp pains in one side occasionally? I’m worried it’s a sign of ectopic - I’m hoping I am wrong.

@rupertbear91 I’m really struggling with the blump (love that @MrsB2019x!) even some of my leggings are too damn tight now! I had dinner out last night and I wore jeans with a hair bobble holding the buttons together and a long jumper hiding that hideous situation! Just coming up 7 weeks - can only imagine the state of me in third trimester 😂😂

I will have to try the hair bobble! My partner was like let's just go and buy some maternity clothes if you are that uncomfy but I'm scared it will tempt fate for something to go wrong 🤦🏽‍♀️

@doitjustice95 I've just been to out of hours and have a chest infection, felt absolutely terrible yesterday, antibiotics for a week and paracetamol if temp goes up again. Hope you're feeling OK?

I would also like to eat something that isn't a rich tea biscuit today. I miss broccoli too!

Hi.... I think I might be joining this thread...
So, I am in the middle of IVF (I had stimulation at the end of Nov/start of Dec and egg collection- 5 eggs made 2 embryos that were frozen. I'm 36 and have low AMH, have been trying for 2 years and just found out in October last year that I wouldn't be able to conceive normally had a very low chance of successful pregnancy without IVF. We didn't have the embryos put back in during the same cycle. We've been awaiting for my period to start to start the preparation for embryo transfer. I have short cycles so was expecting my period on around day 25. I'm currently on day 33 so I picked up a pregnancy test from boots when I did my shopping earlier just to make sure. I've been having cramping for the last week, so I thought my period was around the corner. This test had a line on it so I freaked out, and went back to the shop and got the pink one and the clear blue one. I did them and another one of the basic strips. I'm not imagining things, am I??? IVF stimulation meds can cause false positives, but I'm not sure how long for. so I've sent a message to my fertility dr to check. Not getting excited until I've spoken to him.

It was my first round, so I don't know a huge amount. All I know is I've never taken a test (apart from Covid) that has two lines on it.

Only bottoms that fit me right now are the Lululemon Align leggings. £££ but omg buttery soft. @californiacooper - fingers crossed for you!! So this would have happened naturally, as you hadn’t had the transfer? Heard lots of stories like this 🩷

can i join please girlies! found out i was pregnant on the 8th of jan! im currently 6 weeks and waiting for my booking appointment after self referral! this is baby number 2 (i have a 3 year old) i also experienced a loss last april at 9 weeks so trying to think positive! super nauseous and sorest boobs in the world x

@Sydney1988. Yes if it's correct it will be natural, our two embryos are still frozen and waiting. Crickey, this has been a lot to process today!!

@californiacooper it’s extremely rare but not unheard of. There’s this YouTuber I follow, she’s also in her 30s. She tried to have kids for 11 years, did IVF and all and then they gave up…fast forward 4 years and she randomly got pregnant naturally and went on to have a healthy baby.

@californiacooper I don’t know much about IVF at all but those look like pretty good lines. Got everything crossed for you!

Has anyone seen a post about setting groups up on Facebook/ WhatsApp? Last time round I found it so much easier to keep track of conversations there rather than here

We did with the first and didn’t with second, and I’m toying with keeping this one a secret but then part of me feels like I just wanna say “fuck it” and found out. Aghhhh. Please talk me round to keeping it a surprise 🤣

@californiacooper I am halfway through my second IVF cycle. When did you have your egg collection? Am I right in thinking you’re waiting for your first bleed after collection? I have just checked back and I tested out my trigger shot about 10 days after the egg collection. How would that tie in with your dates? 🤞🏻
