Trying to stay calm though. Think the scans are a bit like drugs, as soon as you've had one fix, you crave another!

Ohhhh have I done something wrong

Hi everyone
Just recovering from a nasty gastric bug which began on wed night and lasted all through the night. Absolutely vile. Ds was off school for 3 days with same thing and was a poor wee soul - now I know why. Hope this won't affect preg. Feel very sick today but all other gastric symptoms gone so hoping it is just preg sickness.

I havn't been on this thread before and havn't posted on this forum for a while. When I first posted on here I was about 5 weeks pregnant, but unfortunately I had an early miscarriage about 4 days after I found out. I am gutted but reading the messages on here makes me realise that I am not the only woman to have had one before and it gives me hope to know that you can get pregnant after having one.

Mermaid - sorry to hear what you have been through. Remember that recurrent mc is not common, and there's every chance you'll have a successful pg one day.
Have you checked out the MC Avengers thread in the conception topic? It's for people who are having / have had mcs - lots of us have graduated from there, and it's a great place to find support. Good luck, hope to hear good news from you soon

Hi everyone fab to hear all the good news - have been so busy at work not a spare minute to get on MN - and you ll know how busy I have to be not to have a dialy nosey - maybe I'm also starting to feel more confident was a time when I had to come on every minute just to feel am really pg!
had scan on tuesday - all was well though no news on sex - didn't want to know so am happy. Having a fab time grinning and being so so pleased that all okay - cannot describe the glowy smiley feeling of getting this far - hooray!!
GREAT news about tilly and cecily and great names - we are in name phase - can't decide on any bugger!

been entertaining an old friend all wekk so no chance to log on and post. Will need to do a massive catch up tomorrow.

Had my MW appointment yesterday and heard bubbas heartbeat . I was feeling really nervous about it, and had manged to convince myself that something had happened and that the MW wouldn't be able to fins the HB at all. I got into a right old state about it the other night, and got really narked at DH for saying it would all be fine

Morning girls, just popping myself on the list. well definately felt baby move on Thursday evening and again yesterday and this morning, so starting to feel a little more relaxed now.Can't wait for 20 week scan on 9th June, and also hoping to find out the sex of the baby. congratulations to the girls who have recently had their baby's and good luck to those who are still waiting for their scans.
My mum has taken off to spain for two weeks on her own, my Dad hasn't been very nice to her lately (bit of a jekyl and hyde!) so really don't blame her. I would love to go on a holiday now, feel as though I really need one, money is a little tight at the moment so that little dream will have to remain in my head! Have a lovely weekend x

Hi everyone else too
I just found your post Ilts. Was worried when your name disappeared from my fb friends.

I got a BFP 3 weeks ago! Had a scan at 7 wks on Wed and saw a HB... have to go back next Friday for another 1 due to the last 2 m/c's... and failed IVF's...

This ones a natural shocker... 2nd BFP since crap IVF's...

Didn't want to post too early & jinx it .

Congrats to you all well on your way... remembering you all from my last m/c.
