I haven't seen one of these yet for December so thought I'd start one!

I'm due 1st December with hopefully a little rainbow.
I'm on cyclogest because I had 2 losses in the latter end of last year (October and december) at 6 weeks and 10 weeks.

Fingers crossed for lots of December babies!

@greyberry I would go to A&E too, they may want to check it's not ectopic. Hopefully it's nothing, please keep us updated 😘 xxx

I've called 111 and they said to go to A&E within the hour, DH has had some beer and DD is in bed asleep so trying to get everything sorted so I can go

I took another CB this morning and am now reading 3+ weeks so am counting today as 5 weeks pregnant
im feeling quite hormonal- I cried twice yesterday at things I wouldn’t normally tear up about😂

@SMG1992 thank you, it’s a bit of a shock finding myself pregnant so soon after losing max and navigating it while grieving my son is going to be very tough. But it would be such a blessing to end what was such a terrible year with such joy 🙏🏻

Hi everyone, thank you for your replies 🤍 I had an abdominal scan at A&E but they couldn't see anything so have been admitted for an internal scan - waiting for the consultant to come round this morning. They did my bloods though and said my HCG is at 12000! Never heard of it being so high before so still hopeful that might be a good sign xx

Had my scan, there's a gestational sac and yolk sac but she couldnt see a fetal pole/the baby so I've to come back in a week. Has anyone else had this? I'm relieved it nots ectopic but really worried now

How far along did you think you were?

Not uncommon for people to think they're a few days ahead of what they are. Around 6 weeks it's difficult and this can happen as you think you're 6 weeks and actually 5+3 etc and lots happen quick at this stage. It's why lots of places suggest 7/8 weeks for an early scan. I had my scan at '7+5' based on LMP and was actually 7+2 on the scan (I knew I ovulated late so I expected this).

@FlyingHighFlyingLow I'm pretty sure I'm 6w1d - I used OPKs this month which have usually been pretty accurate and my cycles are usually the same length although my last 'period' was bleeding from a chemical pregnancy so lasted a bit longer so maybe that's mixed up my dates a bit, they're phoning me tomorrow to give an appt for another scan but I had a private one booked for saturday as well so not sure what to do

Glad to hear it’s not ectopic. Try your best not to worry. So much growing and developing is happening right now and the scan in a week will hopefully show that to its fullest.

@greyberry 6weeks is right on the cusp of seeing/not seeing a heartbeat so I'm
sure everything is fine and just needs a few days to show 😊. Glad everything looked ok so far xx

Is anyone else still cramping? I have days when I do and days when I don’t, I know it could be just things stretching but it worries me x

Hello! Sorry to jump on, I've just found out I'm pregnant! Due December 28th and my little boys birthday is December 22nd.... didn't plan that well! I'm super anxious I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks in September 2017, then had my soon via ivf (ICSI) in December 2019 then a missed miscarriage July 2020 so I'm not getting my hopes up. I'm terrified!
