I haven't seen one of these yet for December so thought I'd start one!

I'm due 1st December with hopefully a little rainbow.
I'm on cyclogest because I had 2 losses in the latter end of last year (October and december) at 6 weeks and 10 weeks.

Fingers crossed for lots of December babies!

@SMG1992 also thinking of booking a scan for next weekend as I'll be 7 weeks then.
Really starting to worry as I'm 5+5 today and have no nausea at all.
Also, my nipple pain has been constant and they're still really red and hard all the time 🤢😅🙈 but I had tingly boobs from 4-5 weeks and they haven't come back.
My only real, obvious symptoms (unless I symptom spot which I totally am!) Are the nipples and exhaustion... But even the tiredness is kinda normal for me and the extra fatigue could just be down to my daughter's birthday/party and Easter being all over the weekend...
Worried I should feel "more pregnant," at this point. Never had this with my first... Was a total accident/surprise so didn't think about any of this at all and just went with the flow. Now all I seem to be doing is analysing everything that does/doesn't happen, 24/7.
Why are these first weeks so hard 😩🤦🏻‍♀️

Hope everyone's doing well!!x

If it helps I am exactly the same!
I also had 2 days of very light spotting last week (brown).

I had really painful boobs and was quite tired a week ago and now nothing other than hard nipples. currently 6 weeks and 2 days.
I went for an early scan but I may have got my dates wrong and was only 5 weeks so very little to see, I have another booked where I will be 7 and half and keep everything crossed that there is a baby and heart beat.

@KIWI2023 ahhhh twins! So so exciting!! Do twins run in the family?

Anyone else still getting cramps? I've had period pains on and off for pretty much for 3 weeks now! Hard not to worry 🥺

HannahLouD · 13/04/2023 12:40

@Emilyj13 fingers crossed everything is ok.. I'm sure it will be! 🤞✨ Did you track ovulation or were you going by your lmp?

I think I need to stop comparing to how sick I was in my first pregnancy... I know everyone and every time is different... X

KIWI2023 · 13/04/2023 12:42

@HannahLouD & @PhyllisVance23 thank you ❤️ I haven't posted the scan on here, only on the WhatsApp group but here it is for anyone who wants a peak. They're identical so non genetic but I do have fraternal twins and triplets in the family but this was just a miracle. Glad you've said about cramps, I've had them throughout & still have them today- like period pains. Makes me so so worried also get some back ache along with other less worrying symptoms x

I tracked from my last period but then realised I ovulate a little late so made about a weeks difference.
This is my first pregnancy and there is nothing more we want than this so I think you just think and worry about everything. Just trying to stay positive.

Yes it is different for everyone and every time so try not to worry.

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 12:49

@KIWI2023 twins! Wow! Did you have an early scan? X

@HannahLouD thankyou x

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 12:50

@KIWI2023 congratulations just seen your scan x

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 12:52

@PhyllisVance23 yea I keep having cramps too and have done pretty much the whole time x

KIWI2023 · 13/04/2023 12:52

Thank you @Mummy1502 yes, we went private and should have been 6+4 but I had 30 day cycles so measuring perfect from ovulation. We saw their heartbeats too! I'm so in love x

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 12:53

@KIWI2023 that really is lovely x

FfoxRedN · 13/04/2023 12:56

@KIWI2023 I'm 7+4 with twins too ☺️. Similar to you I haven't vomited but I feel so sick if I don't eat every 2 hours 😣. Sore boobs only started hurting last couple of days and the cramps have been constant.
I have identical too, hopefully at my scan Monday they'll see two amniotic sacs 🤞🏼. Xx

@FfoxRedN that's amazing! I'm 7+2 from LMP today and my boobs have doubled in size and I am bloated visibly 24/7. Have you already had one scan? X

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 12:58

@KIWI2023 @FfoxRedN wow! 2 lots of twins, wonder if there is anymore of us x

SMG1992 · 13/04/2023 12:58

@KIWI2023 So lovely to see your scan with twins! I bet you are thrilled!!

KIWI2023 · 13/04/2023 12:59

I didn't have any symptoms different to what o expected so was surprised. I am literally over the moon and in love. I said on the WA group chat earlier, I would happily give both of my legs for them to be happy and healthy. Just praying they stay ❤️

FfoxRedN · 13/04/2023 13:06

@KIWI2023 I didn't expect it either. I had a scan at 6w2d and it is almost identical to yours!
This will be my 5th pregnancy (none before have been successful) so I am just praying these are the lucky ones and it's all been for this reason!
I hear you about the bloating too, it's hard to hide it!!! X

KIWI2023 · 13/04/2023 13:08

Oh fingers crossed for you @FfoxRedN ❤️ & congratulations. Have you booked a private scan for next week or is the NHS helping? X

Mummy1502 · 13/04/2023 13:09

Symptoms wise for me, cramping, sore boobs, headaches, constantly hungry and I’m finding if I don’t eat I feel nauseous x

FfoxRedN · 13/04/2023 13:18

@KIWI2023 NHS for me as I'm under a recurrent miscarriage gynaecologist ☺️ xx

wannabemum38 · 13/04/2023 13:42

Congratulations on the twins so lovely to see some scans on here already x

HappyPie82 · 13/04/2023 14:10

Can someone explain to me how I’m both exhausted but have also developed insomnia!! I just want to sleep.
Boobs are sore but apart from that nothing. Pregnancy after loss is so hard as I keep thinking did I feel like this last time. And thinking well at 5w3d I started bleeding so will that happen next week?
Just hoping this is the sticky one.
Haven’t taken another test since the positive one on Saturday, thinking take a digital weeks one next Tuesday when I should be 5w as I should get the 3+ then.
I took one once last pregnancy at 5w and got 1-2w which was my sign that the pregnancy probably wasn’t progressing (it didn’t and had to have surgical removal at 9w).
I’m just so scared to test and not get the 3+ result that I’m avoiding it.

HannahLouD · 13/04/2023 14:33

@KIWI2023 awesome pic! 😍

@HappyPie82 I feel the same... Well, I can get to sleep really easily (literally been going to bed at 7.30/8pm 😶) but I keep on waking up loads in the night and then waking up super early and my mind will not let me get back to sleep even though I still feel knackered!
I feel your pain about anxiety after a loss too... I didn't get this far in my last cycle so taking that as a win. I know the weeks indicators don't mean much but mine also didn't progress last time and this time I got 3+ at 18dpo so was happy with that... Now 26dpo but still can't help but worry something is wrong. Fingers crossed this is your sticky one! 🤞

So I think I'm going to book in for a scan next weekend at 7 weeks... My partner thinks it's a waste of money but I feel like I really need to do it. Also, by 7 weeks if there was no heartbeat at least I assume you'd most likely know things weren't ok? Whereas earlier it could be hit and miss? I know bad things can happen after 7 weeks, but maybe it'll give me a bit of reassurance? (Or not if things aren't looking good!) I just don't know what to do to help ease my anxiety and the feeling that I'm just not pregnant 😩🙄🤦🏻‍♀️x

OnNaturesCourse · 13/04/2023 15:07

Really loving the scan pics! And twins! How amazing!! Did you guys have any additional symptoms that prompted a early scan?

Does anyone know if line darkness on the tests stand for much? My previous pregnancies were quite light (ish) lines at this point whereas this one is dye stealing already.

I hope they're looking after you after everything you've been through. Praying for you❤️

wannabemum38 · 13/04/2023 15:12

@HappyPie82 I am.in same boat. Feel tired all day and then can't sleep at night doenst help my boobs are so painful.
I also had a MC my cb digital also didn't progress and I started spotting at 5+5. I then went onto lose it at 7 weeks.
I did my digital on Monday at 5+2 and got my 3+ I cried with relief. But still terrified!
I'm terrified same thing will happen again plus I'm 42 so I know I'm high risk. It's so difficult. My OH doesn't want me to pay for a private scan but I'm in 2 minds.
Sensing positive vibes your way x
