I haven't seen one of these yet for December so thought I'd start one!

I'm due 1st December with hopefully a little rainbow.
I'm on cyclogest because I had 2 losses in the latter end of last year (October and december) at 6 weeks and 10 weeks.

Fingers crossed for lots of December babies!

@s14a Can I ask if you contacted EPAU directly? I remember they said I could have an early scan but I don’t see my midwife until 9 weeks. Last time, we found out I had a missed miscarriage at a 8 week scan and the whole process was so slow. I’d rather know earlier if something isn’t right.
@Overthebow keep us updated on how it goes? I might do mine around 7wks 5 days

I did. I spoke to the bereavement specialist who got me sorted

@Angelselevenx I've had mild cramps only that seem to come and go. The spotting is light pink, sometimes brown. I have finally convinced myself it's all natural at this stage! But it's so hard not to overthink every little body reaction.🫠

Congrats to all the new joiners who got their positives - welcome to the December club and hope all goes well from here! :-)

mama1223 · 05/04/2023 14:14

4+6 with my first. Is it normal to feel the urge to test every day? 🙈 I guess I just can't believe it's real!

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 14:19

@joyjoy23 oh bless you, spotting is so normal in the early stages.

I've just got back from the EPU and unfortunately I've had a chemical pregnancy. They've done blood tests to rule out ectopic too but after my pregnant 1-2 weeks test yesterday and my lighter FRER tests today, I got a not pregnant digital this morning. No pregnancy found 😔 xx

User22 · 05/04/2023 14:31

Hey everyone, Just jumping in here - hope thats ok.
Had two MMC last year one in March and one in October.
Found out I was pregnant again at 10 DPO. Have done a few more test since and lines are darker. I had to stop myself testing though because I was only going to drive myself insane!!
I am currently 4 weeks 3 days. I feel nothing, breasts arent overly sore, im not overly bloated. Starting to freak myself out a little.
I'm on Progesterone Pessaries and Low Dose Asprin since BFP due to previous losses. First scan is booked for 28th of April.
Anyone else not experiencing the typical pregnancy symptoms??

Pitstop1986 · 05/04/2023 15:24

I've got quite extreme hunger @User22 but that's about me at 4+4. With my daughter, I didn't feel pregnant at all until hormones hit me at 7 weeks and I felt really rough almost overnight! Before then, if I didn't have a positive test, I'd have never believed that I was pregnant!

Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. Try to relax and take care of yourself

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 15:30

@wannabemum38 @Ehc1989 thanks both, wasn't meant to be 🤍 xx

Moriquendi · 05/04/2023 15:37

@Angelselevenx So sorry to hear this!! Really hope it not an ectopic. It’s very early for a scan, it’s not uncommon at only 4 weeks not to see anything I thought? Think the bloods should’ve more accurate? Hope the results come back fast, the limbo is always awful. Thinking of you

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 15:40

@Moriquendi I had a not pregnant digital today after a pregnant 1-2 yesterday, I've got to ring them shortly for blood results, at 5 weeks hcg would be high enough to keep a positive digital whatever time of the day x

joyjoy23 · 05/04/2023 15:43

@Angelselevenx So, so sorry to hear the news. Please stay strong.

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 15:48

Just got my blood results back, my levels are 8 so they aren't concerned that it's ectopic x

Frozendaquiri · 05/04/2023 15:48

@Angelselevenx I'm so sorry to hear that, I hope you're doing alright x

Moriquendi · 05/04/2023 16:44

@Angelselevenx So sorry to hear this. Hope you get some rest tonight and some chocolate. Sending hugs

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 16:54

Thank you ladies, I don't want to take away from you all waiting in your TWW though and others BFP.

Sending lots of love to everyone going through MC/CP, and everyone waiting for their BFP! I still continued tracking my BBT so going to keep trying xx

Peaceandloves · 05/04/2023 17:06

@Angelselevenx I am so sorry to hear that. I am thinking of you x

Saying a very quiet hello
I am 5wks 1day pregnant I had a miscarriage/chemical pregnancy at 5weeks last time in November last year
I've not tested since Monday Im too scared but I've had no bleeding or cramping yet im trying to refrain from testing until Monday and do one a week or else I might not stop had a tiny amount of spotting on Sunday/Monday but then it stopped had my first faint positive last Thurs so a week tomorrow it was darker by Monday and I got a positive digital too but as I say not tested since then im feeling tired a little bit sick and have sore boots and back ache but not particularly crampy so I'm hoping for our miracle due 5/12/23 😇❤️ good luck all sorry to those in the heartbreaking position x

Angelselevenx · 05/04/2023 20:35

@Mumof1hopingfor2nd sending congratulations and positivity your way lovely xx

Crzy · 06/04/2023 04:05

6 weeks and 2 days today, due on my birthday of all days of course ffs Grin hoping for a sticky bean this time after two mc last year altho been worrying myself over what is probably just my body stretching and adjusting! Nausea at 3 and 4 weeks when I first found out but none since which also worries me! Not made it past 8 weeks with a pregnancy yet so it’s hard to have hope this time!

greentreeseverywhere · 06/04/2023 07:11

@Crzy 6+2 here as well! lots of aches and pulling especially if iv been on my feet all day.
I know not everyone agrees woth them but I got 3+ on clearblue today so that reassuring before my scan next week! boobs seems to come and go and nausea is bad after iv eaten

Frozendaquiri · 06/04/2023 07:41

Congratulations to all the new BFPs!

I'll be 6 weeks tomorrow and just wondering how far along until you can allow yourself to be excited? I can't imagine waiting another 6 weeks, it will feel like forever! I'm having a scan at 7+5 but will that still be too early to feel more secure?

AllieDang · 06/04/2023 07:44

I’m a mixture of disbelief and excited. I am letting myself enjoy the fact that I get to know early that I’m pregnant and celebrate my body as each day goes on. This is helping with the anxiety and doubt, but being cautiously optimistic and having a daydream about the future is definitely a huge part of my day!

Natty83 · 06/04/2023 08:37

@Frozendaquiri with my last pregnancy (now 18m) I had a scan at 7+something and once we'd seen the heartbeat we allowed ourselves to get properly excited, told a few select people, I started buying odd bits of clothing etc. It was the furthest we had gotten. In truth, horrible as it sounds, there's never a "safe" time when everything is 100% secure - so let yourself enjoy it or you'll just be worrying forever. I always think that sure, it might all go wrong, but I'll be devastated if that happens anyway and no amount of restricting my excitement will mitigate that, I will just then need to be kind to myself, allow myself time to grieve and seek support from friends etc.
Statistically the most likely outcome from where you are now is that you will have a happy and healthy baby come December ❤️
