We finished the last thread pretty quickly! Here's a new one 😊

I know by now I should be just leaving the tests alone and stop worrying but can anyone tell me if the bottom one looks any darker? (Top was 2 days ago and bottom was this morning).xxx

Had bad cramps during the night and woke up to blood. Not as much as AF but more than spotting. Browny red colour. I think this might be the beginning of the end 😢

Maybe it can't get any darker?! Don't know exactly how these things work, but you might just have all the dye already?

Hoping everything is ok @buckingmad and you can get a reassuring scan at epu soon.

@IaminRome ive left a note with my dr. Our EPU is referral only. I’m only 5 weeks though so I don’t even know what they would do?

@ukMummyof1 the test line looks similar in both tests but the control line is much fainter in the second, proper dye stealer! So probably just variation in dye levels between the two tests.

You could switch to the clearblue digital that shows week progression? I'm either 5+1 or 5+2 today and got the 3 weeks + which is very reassuring!

@buckingmad scan might not show much but I think they can do bHCG blood levels and look to see if they are still going up or down, hopefully you GP will refer you

Been to the toilet again and it’s like a period. Can’t believe it. I couldn’t shake a bad feeling and was so anxious. Must have known deep down it wasn’t meant to be.

Ridiculous isn’t it how much this can floor you. I’ve only known a few days but I feel like someone has ripped my heart out and is stamping all over it.

@buckingmad yep. I had a little bit of blood but thought nothing of it. 3 weeks later had private scan and no heartbeat. Literally cried for days, mourning the sudden death of my best friend and the loss of my pregnancy. Was a really tough time.

Glad you can rest today @buckingmad and have the company of your toddler 🥰. I’ve been there too between my first and 2nd DD’s, it’s a shock how it hits you mentally and physically.

hi ladies, I am 5+3 and still feeling absolutely normal apart from slightly tender nipples which seems to come and go and very much a missed period 🤣 this is driving me nuts now as I just don’t feel pregnant at all!! I’m absolutely terrified to go for my 8 week private scan in 3 weeks time as I just feel like I’m making the whole thing up and there won’t be anything in there!! I just want to be able to get excited but the days are passing so slowly and I just feel so doubtful that anything is actually happening 😆 I feel quite lonely and a bit lost with it being my first pregnancy and not telling anybody yet. No idea when the midwife will respond to my self-referral yet either but I’m still fairly early so I suppose won’t be for a while yet. Hope you’re all ok and sending you my love @buckingmad 💖

Hi everyone I’m feeling a bit stressed this morning. I’m currently 5w5d and my only symptom was swollen and tender breasts. Woke up this morning and they are back to normal. Does anyone know if this is normal or should I be worried about mmc? I have a scan next Friday it feels so long away.

@Kmk91 try not to worry, I definitely had days where my boobs didn’t hurt at all in my last pregnancy and others where they did. It’s not a sure fire sign of anything.

@Kmk91 this is my first pregnancy too and I’m feeling the same as you today! My nausea has pretty much completely gone overnight. I spoke to the midwife though and she says that symptoms fluctuate so not to worry :)

I've got really bad trapped gas, mixed with nausea, so now i'm feeling quite crabby 😞

I feel exactly the same as you, feel completely normal, nipples are a bit sensitive and I do feel extra tired. But other than that, everything is usual, so I also feel that it's all in my head lol I'm going for my scan on Sunday, super nervous. I sent in a HCG and TSH blood test via Medichecks yesterday (home finger prick test via online lab), should arrive with them today and results visible on the portal by tomorrow. At least I can see if my HCG is increasing as expected. But yeah, very nervous for the results and scan coming up!

@Pregnancychatter i had such bad gas and nausea the other day and it was making me so down and I felt so not me.

I have been ttc for 6 years, I have adenomyosis so have had over 40 chemicals around week 4. Never got past week 4+4/5. I gave up 2 months ago, so stopped tracking. I realised a week ago I was a week or so late. Tested and clear + lines on first response and cheapies. Same again the next day. I'm CD 37 of 26/27 day regular cycles , so 11 days late or around. I've never got this far. Obviously worried, never had a + on a frer until now. Did a CBD it says pregnant 1-2, so meaning 3-4 since which according to dates wont CD 37 make me 5 weeks?. I'm obviously worried like a mad woman about losing this one. I noticed tests aren't getting much darker googled it as you do, read about hook affect, clutching at straws same pee one test in urine and one in half diluted, both came up with same colour and strength of line. So question now is why? If hook affect it would have been darker diluted, it wasn't it was exactly the same as the undiluted so what does that one mean? Confused!!

Yes i know...leave tests alone. But I can't. I should be making an epu appt for early scan but I'm so scared I'm waiting until week 6 to go end week 6. Betas I'm not putting myself through it as it was awful last time and lost that anyway, that was before my last son and still gets to me ,so I'm waiting it out. But these lines when diluted? What's that all about?

I had it bad for a couple days last week and now i've had it bad yesterday and today. It does really get you down! This morning I even woke up gassy so it's not solely from eating 😞

Hi there, I too have adenomyosis, I've had over 40 chemicals due to it but I've never got as far as this, I'm almost 2 weeks past as far as I usually get ,I lost hope and here I am. I'm on progesterone and 75mg aspirin off the fertility dr. I'm so nervous. Keep thinking it's going to go wrong and testing like a mad woman. Fingers crossed for us both x
