Hi

I can’t see one yet so just starting a due July 2023!

I’ve had bfp on first response and digital clear blue this week and keen to get chatting to others 🥰

Oh @candycrush789 I hope everything is okay. I had a similar gush of blood with my older DD and all was fine. Take it easy and keep us updated x

I'm almost 10 weeks now and haven't had any nausea for two days. I'm going between enjoying it and being worried about it. However I'm off to a Christmas Market soon to eat all the food so if it's planning to return I'd appreciate it if it held off 🤣

Is anyone else feeling really run down? I got a cold sore on Friday (which I usually only get about once a year, after too much sun or if I'm really stressed) and now I have weepy eyes (I think mini-conjunctivitis). Feel like my body is telling me to go to bed and sleep for a week! With my little boy's pregnancy, I was bouncing around like normal during the first trimester, but I seem to be a lot more affected this time...

Thank you all, it was supposed to be at 10:45 but the sonographer had a family emergency so they had to reschedule so it was about midday in the end. All good though, right place, little heartbeat and measuring at 7 weeks, 2 days. 😊

Just an update for anyone really suffering with vomiting and nausea, I was really struggling last week, vomiting morning and evening, and barely able to move in the mornings - just lying still with bouts of bad retching. I got Cyclizine from the GP and for the past two mornings - no vomiting! And my nausea/dry heaving much better. Hasn't really addressed the food aversion but I feel so much better to have been able to keep stuff down. It was affecting work/ability to leave the house and therefore my mood, I'm much more hopeful of getting through this week. Only side affect is I've slept enormous amounts - until lunchtime both days this weekend, which I never ever do. I'm just crossing my fingers it doesn't stop working as I hit the second half of first trimester...

@99pctpractice I started coming down with a cold on Thursday evening, felt horrific yesterday. Today I've a productive cough starting, just hoping it doesn't take hold properly 🙃

This is like my 4th day with no pregnancy symptoms. I'm 10 weeks. Torn between enjoying it and worrying about it!

I'm 7 weeks and 4 days today by my dates (7 by scan) and the worry is unreal. Last time my babies heart stopped at 7w3d 😔 I don't have another scan now until the 19th, I'm so bloody scared and anxious.

Thank you @Writerscompanion, I am struggling so much and I don’t know why I’m so reluctant to get medication. I’ve just left a message with my midwife to see if there’s anything she can prescribe for me.

During my bleed on Friday, I had sharp twinges in my cervix and I looked it up on Google and it said cervix dilating. I've stopped bleeding now it's more like tinged ewcm. They didn't check my cervix as they didn't want to irritate the cervix more but I'm just wondering if my cervix was opening am I on my way to a miscarriage? Or would the bleeding of not stopped? It might not of been opening but I was actively bleeding from it and I was having stabbing pains in it. No more since but could it close up? I'm really disliking the 1st trimester if I'm honest I can't wait until I'm out of it its so worrying!

@candycrush789 I think because your cervix got irritated the stabbing pains will likely due to that rather than it dilating. Maybe your midwife could check you once it has settled for reassurance?

Re scans I've been going for one a week following the MMC. I just can't face not knowing x

@Coffeeforlife yeah maybe actually I hope it is that rather then it dilating I have felt so positive about this pregnancy I'd hate for it to end now 😔xx
